This is 15 days old. It probably got a bit too hot for a day or two and this blueish tint shows at all 4 injection points. Is it too late? too strong for h202?

Looks like it could just be bruising. You'll know if it's mold though if it continues to spread.

H2O2 is not for use in spawn, it does not kill every mold. Hydrogen peroxide's only real use is treating cobweb on fruiting substrates.
