Habitat: Cow Pasture in central Florida.
Gills: Seem very dark and black
Stem: Seem long and thin with what appears to be hollow but not sure. Brittle, caps just fall off. Looks almost bamboo hair like on the inside
Cap: Look white to me with some having some brown, some appear to have started "melting?" or something
Spore print color: This will be added, currently waiting on print Very important!
Bruising: Didnt notice any blue or any other color change really, at least not yet
Other information: Freshly picked, all found coming directly out of cow poop. This was my 3rd time searching and started my search at 4am this morning and didnt find anything on any of the fields I went to till between 7-8 after the sun was already rising. I think this is why some appear to be "melting"
Any information givin will be greatly appreciated!
Thanks!

Thanks for the quick responses, I was talking to my good friend who has been walking me through stuff on educating me in this area and she was saying that I should see some type of blue or purple and if not color then no good and could be bad for me.
Can you guys verify for me that these do not need to have purple or blue or if they do how to make sure that I am not just failing at bruising them.
Thanks!

They aren't psychoactive but won't hurt you if you eat them.

p. cubensis(one of a couple actives in your area) has purple SPORES, so if you do a spore print, it should be purple. Another possible find in Fl. is Paneaolus cyanescens. Like many pans, they should have black spores. The bluing is indicative of psilocin, so if you hope something to be active it will PROBABLY turn bluish, where you bruise it. Look at a bunch of pics of the 2 species I described, and learn to recognize them. They are what you are looking for

Ok I will thanks so much for all the help everyone.
So when it is not brusing purple or blue it is not phsycoactive is it worth anything still?
"worth anything at all still?" as in like should I bother drying them out and trying some or just toss em and go look for "Active" ones?

if it is bruising purple, your eyes need adjusting. If it bruises red, it is chlorophyllum molybdites, and it is poisonous(many people mistake them for P. cubensis) Some magis mush don't bruise blue, all the time. A good example that you could find is panaeolus cinctulus. It's active, but doesn't always blue. For P. cubensis or P. cyanescens, they better turn a little blue. If not, you've got the wrong thing. Anything growing DIRECTLY on shit is edible/not poisonous, but they aren't commonly eaten, unless you like the taste of shit
