I guess I would be less worried drinking blood from an animal in a good habitat. I would not drink the blood from the deer around here and I would not even eat the deer around Jacksonville, Oregon. Better the habitat better the blood. Maybe a harsh environment promotes mostly healthy animals where diseases are less of a problem. Makes sense to me. Not to mention a from genetic and birth to death exposure to it. Dammit maybe that is something else.
I seem something on this but they also did one with out milk they shot the cow in the throat with a smaller tipped arrow and let it pour out then they stirred it to keep from clotting some would usually would getting some clotting on a stick and eat it straight off shit was crazy man

Ever see the episode of Man Vs. Wild where Bear Grylls walks up to a reindeer that is tied up and slits its throat drinking the warm gushing blood directly from the neck wound?
I am guessing you can drink it for its nutrients but probably would not help very much at all for dehydration.

A stillsuit wouldn't hurt either, though once you are dehydrated it wouldn't do much to help except preserving what water is left in your body.
Water is life
I heard that urine and feces are processed in the thigh pads. Grooossss.

Bear Grylls is a piece of shit and an insult to real survival experts like Ray Mears and Les Stroud.
It pisses me off that he kills a reindeer in the name of "survival" and then spends the night in a 5-star hotel. He should stick to drinking piss and making a fool of himself.
