So the old one has been moved to the archive because of complaints of too many stickys.
I've taking the opportunity to make a new one here.
I don't have the time right now to put in all the links and updates in the first post but I aim to at some point. *UPDATE Feb '17. Actually trying this now how many years later!?*
What I'm going to do right now is to link the the old one in the archives, and we can continue from there. I'm going to mass mail the "regulars" and let them know that this is here. If I forgot to pm you about this

Substrate containers

Home bargain have 0.5 and 1L mason jars at Home Bargain. Sometimes you can order a case of 12 online to pick up in store. 1l are £1, 0.5 are a bit cheaper.
1L *UPDATE 25-10-17* I havent seen these restocked online in a while may not carry these any more.
Wilkinsons have 1L Kilner jars at £2.50.
They can now be found on amazon.
Ball brand wide mouth quart jars. Shipped from USA but still cheap. 24 jars approx 1.40 each delivered.

Update on the jars had to pay £16.96 customs charge my fault for buying 24 instead of 12  still cheap for ball quart jars in the UK.

Used jam jars are good. Look for them in this shape. Usually the store brands will be cheapest.If you dont like jam, glasses work really well and are cheap.

Syringes and Petri Dishes
Have a look on ebay. Dishes especially are super cheap from china and work fine. I've had a coulpe of sleeves have a crack in a lip or something but nothing unusable.

Pressure cookers
Sections
Small = 6L or less
Medium
There were some old military surplus pressure cookers SEB brand, approx 12-14L that can be found some times on ebay etc.
Hawkins also make them in this size range, more about them below.
13L on Amazon for £25ish. credit to lovelaughlibs for the find.
Large 14L+
Hawkins pressure cookers. Originally from India where they have 3 factories where they make many models an sizes. Most if not all are 15PSI. Available in the UK and possibly the EU. The Big Boy range has a 14L, 18L, and 22L. These can be affordable alternatives to the Presto 23L import from the USA route. It can be a good idea to set a search alert on ebay for these as you can some times find used, or even new ones cheap. Some times even Amazon. Directtableware is the UK distributor. They usually deal with the trade so the public need to contact them. I'll see if I can get a pricelist up here.
It may be possible to get a presto from the USA using purse.io . Pay in bitcoin and receive a discount on the item that you can choose up to 33%. Purse.io has a shipping partner called USendHome, they will take delivery from amazon and forward to you for a fee. Amazon.co.uk also ship direct.
Just found this link for a 23 quart presto, total cost with a voucher code is only GBP 94.18. Thats the cheapest I've ever seen one of these shipped and duty.

Electric
Fairly new to the market are electric pressure cookers. These are easy to find on Amazon, Ebay, etc.
These are usually 6-8 Litres. There have been the All American Sterilizers available for years but these can be cost restrictive to purchase and ship across the pond. These are basically electric autoclaves.

These guys have loads of stuff. WBS Perlite, Vermiculite Coir, Kilners, Tubs etc. Nearly a one stop shop!
They do 80-90L Tubs that are good for SABs and SGFCs.

Genetics
For edibles and medicinals dont get spores. Get a culture that is ready to go. There are so many options. Trades on shroomery, facebook, reddit etc. Just use common sense and dont get scammed. Other wise check out flebay, google, and obviously the Shroomery Sponsors.
for actives, the above still applies but there are also the spore rings. These are powered by volunteers and donations. Only take what you need and make sure you contribute back by donating prints etc back to them. Karma keeps them going and they are a valuable recourse to the world community.

Just saying hello to all fellow shroomers in the UK, from a total newb

(damn that's a long thread!) somewhere along the way I've seen a link to ex-military PC's (got the lingo hehe.. well some of it) I believe they were 50 quid or so.. but lost the link so... anyone?

called the guy up, said he has the last one but with a broken knob so we agreed a discount.. but he pitched me 58,50 delivered at the beginning.. ended up at 52.. hope I'll be fine with broken knob :]
is it metal to metal? does it have a pressure gauge?
that's a sweet setup there btw 
got my brf from H&B yesterday, then IPA from maplin for a hefty 14.99 i think.. some jars of car boot sale, 2 bone maman from tesco and 2 preserves from asda.. couldn't find the right glasses..
still got to pick up verm, perm, boxes, coffe? and gypsum..
am I missing something ? and rye grain later on..
oh yeah.. ordered spore syringe from spores101 last week.. I've got dispatch conf in e-mail.. but not sure.. put my DEBIT card details in a CREDIT card box is that gonna go through?

funny that, mine came with half the tightening knob on top broken off,was off ebay tho, I've had it for 3 years now and the other day the rest of the knob snapped off.
I tell you man, if you dropped this PC off a tower block its only that knob that would break.
Its just the hand grip thats come off, and it still can tighten and operate superbly!
I just got to tighten it with a teatowel now to get a better grip.
Yes, its metal on metal, no gauge. I loves me SEB! and you will too

Awesome to see some activity going on in here
I bought a Hawkings 14L pc. Wish I would have gotten a seb like a week after I got it. I might end up getting one anyways. Dont see anything going wrong with this one anytime soon and I have replacement gasket for it too. Oh well it still works. I just need to get pc'ing bags down to a science now.
I jsut bought a massive bale of straw. I need to get on the edibles. Probably do a gb sesh tomorrow. Want to do some blue oyster baskets 
Thats cool Bad one, I need to get shit done too. If I can do a hour a night a couple times a week it will be sorted soon. Think I'll just copy most the links in op and but them here for now, then add more, and organise at some point :P

Well if you're going to see the show then go see the show.. as to where to stay.. some bed and breakfast?
If you have not been to Camden market yet that's a definite must see for a shroomer prefably during the day and then again at night time.. dramatic difference
