Good luck!!! Try that Smolov routine for your leg day, it's short and simple, and you can always add other lifts. It says don't do dead lifts while doing this routine though. I'm gonna use similar routines with my chest and back (using corner rows as my staple), and basically do chest and back on different days when I do legs. Probably gonna keep my tricep and bicep workouts down to only 2-4 sets after my big lifts.

Ya, it is most definitely detrimental to strength and mass. I think it helps that I'm real young, but I'm done with binging on amphetamine for awhile. I took some today, but it's not an amount that interferes with my ability to eat what I need to. The amount of fat I have been losing makes this still worthwhile imo. I will see if I have any noticeable drops in strength today when I hit the gym.

Thought I might add that it seems I am literally shitting the fat off of my body. My poop has been consistently grey recently, and from a little research it appears this is due to it containing lots of fat.

The biggest thing is drinking tons of water. Your body becomes hyperthermic and you lose lots of water as well.

Squat day today... woo hoo! Should have been yesterday, but couldn't make it to the gym. I try to kill my lower body via ass to ground squats, weighted bulgarian split-squats, good mornings, and leg curls. AHHHH.

I know you gotta be god damned careful lol. Some labs don't do quality control and have upwards of 15,000 organisms per cc. Test enanthate is different from tren acetate, but if it's a first time thing live got the right name. Test should always be a base. Steroid.com has great info on stuff.

find out what pct is as well as the difference between anti aromitase and aromitase inhibitors
find out what makes test enanthate different from the other forms of test
read up and come back with your questions

you can't shit out your bodyfat, but grey greasy stools can be a a sign of liver dysfunction. what colour is your piss, and are you running any kind of orals?

Personally though I wouldn't buy anything from a gym dealer, I'd just go to the site myself and get it. Cheaper that way also.

I hate the way they show those BBers lifting in those videos.  I pray that they don't really lift like that.  No tempo, no full range of motion.  I assume they use the last burnout set for the vids because for proBBers they have shitty form and stuff... :shrug:

I guarantee it's their last sets lol. The weights aren't super high and they at rocking. There's no need to show warm ups and working sets cuz the BBers don't have their pump yet and aren't all swoll up and nobody wants to see a BBer when they're flascid and their veins and muscles aren't about to tear out of their skin.

Ya, you're right. I must have half read something, as apparently it is just a sign of undigested fat or possibly liver disease as you said. It was only like that for one day though and is back to normal.
