I got my picture taken with Cutler 4 years ago, he's about 6 inches shorter than me and I'm 6'2". His shoulders are literally like basketballs, he's fucking freakishly HUGE!
Look up Mariusz Pudzianowski and Svend Karlsen. They're all over 6' but they do worlds strongest man shit, so it just goes to show how much more work the larger frames have to do to get that much muscle.

I'm still doing it when I go to the gym, which is gonna be 3 times a week now, and 3-4 starting January cuz my new schedule will allow it. Still doing the SS program, but adding in upright rows and some curls and triceps. Going to do 295 for bench tomorrow, 355 for squat and 355 for deal lift, then shoot for 335, 405, and 385 Tuesday, stick with it Wednesday and go for 375, 435 and 435 Thursday. If I can get 1-1-1 of those weights Thursday I'll start next week with Tuesday/Wednesday weights and move up. Gotta hit my weight! Gonna be in school, so I'm gonna try to stick with a 400# squat/DL and 300# bench for working sets this next year until I have time to build.

Am i the only one here who wouldn't want to be as big as a body builder? I don't like the look.
I can't see my self wanting to be more than a really lean 200 lbs.

eh im in to dudes an the one im with likes a little belly. =) BUT thats not sayin i still dont wanna get down to 18-19% ideally. I like to eat an drink and though i do like hitting the gym, hittin the gym thats needed to get to the -6% range is not something i would tolerate. I like my 45 minutes in and out 3X a week.

I'm starting to get to big. I don't like it. I not huge or even very strong yet. I can't find pants that fit me comfortably besides sweat/pj pants. The legs are too small in the thy area for my waist size. I can't find size 34 that my legs fit in comfortably and I'm not big enough for 36. lol It looks like I'm running around in nut huggers most of the time Oh well... I really want my waste to be size 36 and I am trying to get it there, it's just not happening for me. WTF do you people wear?
Right now I am doing more powerlifting stuff. Trying to get my overall strength up. Once I hit strength goals I want to get back to more high rep type workouts to cut some fat off. I've gained about 30lbs since school started... lmao, lazy ass... My size and strength have gone through the roof though. I am up to 350ish d/l, and 215 squat. I never d/l until a few months ago and I started doing squats last month. My OHP is weak... 135 and I am dying... Need to focus my delts. I would really like to start cutting off this fat I've accumulated over the semester. Once spring gets here I want to get a few KB's and start running again to shred up. And by spring I should be hitting my strength goals I have set.

As far as oogling BBers... I dig the human physique. It's the field I am studing to go into. I marvel at the human body and it's moving parts, and the only way to see them is "oogling" When I see those BBers I only imagine the amount of dedication needed to get there. It's inspiring. Tho vids like this turn me on...

as for the jeans its the same for me, my calves are way too big for most jeans.
i gotta find baggy jeans or sizes that are too big just to fit.
heres a shot of my calves. this is actually an old shot mine are bigger now i just gotta take a new shot.
I wear shorts almost year round except when its below 10 degrees then ill whip out some jeans.
but like slacks and dress pants forget it.

Man, what I would do for calves lol. My thighs are too big for jeans but I squeeze into them. I won't wash them for like a week cuz it takes so long to stretch them out. Got 405x5x2 and 120x8x1 for dumbbell press. Didn't get to do my whole workout cuz prior engagements but I feel beat from the lifts. I've gotten way too big, to where reaching behind me is almost impossible. I think it is really just my lack of flexibility. Gotta stretch more. I would love to look like Svend Karlsen over Mariusz Pudzianowski, but I'd be happy either way. Gotta lose my gut a little more, learning about weight loss on the Dr.'s. That myfitnesspal app is great! My caloric intake looks good, a little high on cholesterol thanks to eggs, but oh well. Gotta eat more frequently, I think I wait too long to eat.

Clean diet has a lot to do with waist size! Genetics play a role too though if you were born with narrow or large trunk/ hips etc... although there are certain things you can do to widen/narrow them.
I have a size 32 waist, but still cutting hoping to get it down a little smaller. The smaller the waist the better. Call me misplaced in this thread but I do strictly bodybuilding these days.. I enjoy this thread because its the only active lifting thread on the Shroomery and has some good peoples in here and enjoy the convos.
..Don't really need to put up big numbers anymore, been there done that. Now just focusing on carving up my body and getting as shredded as possible while holding on to as much mass in the equal. Diet is so important you can't stress it enough.
In my bulk last time I tried maxing out, 405 bench was my max bench, deadlifts and squats were little higher.. at 420lb or so was the most I tried for deads and squats. Call me misplaced in this thread all you want but there comes a time where you just have to know your potential, and treat your joints right so they don't scream at you later in life! I never wanted to be a powerlifter anyway : () Work out smarter not harder.
before diet

month and a half later of clean dieting & light cardio

Stomach got a lot smaller, abs are starting to show and detail is coming out, in a few weeks I will be shredded mark my words.
