I'd recommend a light PCT, even something like DIM would be good. What's the compounds in the Viridex? They should mostly be plant based, especially after the WADA banned the shit out of everything. As for the flexibility, I've learned to deal with it. I've been stretching more, but I'm just not physically able to reach certain sports cuz my arms and chest bind up basically. I have to swing my right arm and lean way back to reach my seatbelt, and now with my car I have to pull myself out of it. A lot of it is just cuz I'm larger than most people vehicles are made for. Figure the average height male is 5'-10", I'm 4.5" taller, and out weigh him by 80-110#. My frame is larger too. When you gotta deal with it for most your life, it just seems normal lol.

Lol no, I was moving a buddy and didn't have a chance to actually cook a meal. Drank 4 protein shakes too, I just couldn't get my hunger knocked down. I hate fast food, it was convenient though. Normally when I work I eat healthy as shit, when I'm home though it's just kinda what I've got. I do buy healthier foods though, and need to get groceries soon.
My diet definitely isn't great by any means. I eat what I want lol. Tuna and BBQ sauce sandwiches, PB and j, chicken, eggs, rice, pasta, burritos, etc. I need to get back into enjoying cooking and making huge quantities for more meals a day. Gotta test my bf (grip test) Monday. Up to 260, but looking way more trim, my legs have very little fat on them and are rock solid! I'm figuring I started at 245 and 21.5% +/-3% on the test (I believe, it may be 5%). So about 50-60# of bodyfat making me a lean mass of 185-195#, and being at 225# or so at 10%. I'm gonna guess I'm at 15-18% bodyfat now, which would be around 40# of fat and 220# of lean mass, which is a gain of about 25#, but this is all speculation. I'll post the troof on Monday.

Any opinions on Sumo deadlifts vs. Conventional deadlifts?
Yesterday - After a couple months break, i went for a somewhat heavy lift to gauge where i am at. I shot for 315 and nearly missed - it nearly felt immovable. (although i had just destroyed my arms.)
Anyways, Today, ive given Sumo stance a lift, and am lifting 315lbs for singles easily. The exertion is comparable to 250lbs in conventional stance. I find the sumo is ALOT easier on my knees and lower back..
The only downside is, i feel like i am going to drop 300lbs on my feet as i lower the bar. :S
So are Sumo's a good replacement for conventional DL, or should i train them both. What are the differences benefit wise?

Just read a few articles. Train with both! The sumo will hit your inner quads and fronts more, regular hits your hammies and glutes. There was a good article in muscle and fitness magazine about it, and one on bodybuilding I believe.

Lol that's awesome. I like the more "extreme peptide" site(s). Gotta put in another order for some arimidex, as I've been using it a little during my cycle just as a precaution. Seems to work well.

Bronc you might be better off getting some proviron to help with the estrogen sides, arimidex tends to hinder a lot of peoples' gains. Then again you may need to buy something else to help with the hair issues if you're prone to that with DHT drugs.

Fuck I already have early balding issues lol nobody would notice. I've got masteron, which supposedly helps as well. Haven't had any sides yet (other than being a grease ball, and some acne) so it's more preventative. The only issue is I've got a pocket in my left glute so I've cut down the masteron to only when I take the test. It definitely has 0 pain, I just don't feel comfortable doing quads anymore. I'm gonna be broke as shit for a while, but I'm hoping to save up and have another cycle next summer.

sorry to interject, drifting in and out... despite my half-assed lifting I kinda put some of that size back on which I wasn't expecting... back in tomorrow to smash some more legs and chest. saw a guy doing weighted dips with 95kg of plates the other day (200lbs?)

Bet he doesn't take K only poking fun. He's probably juiced out of his gourd. You'll put on the size man, your muscles still have it, but when or body doesn't need it it gets rid of it to conserve energy. Just keep at it man!

nah he's not juiced up... totally natural. really nice, chill guy. very down to earth. doesn't do any supps whatsoever, not even protein shakes. pretty crazy... does a lot of proper powerlifting and whatnot, pretty humble about it, wasn't exactly huge but was definately quite muscular and well defined. one of the very few all-natural dudes ive ever really seen.

That's pretty bad ass, I wish I grew up with lifting properly and shit. My kids will definitely be squatting what I am when they're in high school (if I have kids). Gonna get them in football and make sure they stick, either that or ballet lol

So I've been on a ketotonic diet for a week or so now, and I am pretty much at my goal. I think it was sped up by the fact that I haven't slept in 3 days and haven't eaten much as I've been binging on amphetamine.

Lol no shit, the squat whip!
IThink, drink tons of water buddy! I think I may have gout (from not keeping hydrated) and it blows balls. The high protein causes it (nitrogen turning into uric acid) so be sure to keep a bunch of water going in. Good job on your "speedy" goal completion.

Ya I average around 3 or more liters of water a day. I am usually sipping on a bottle of it. And thanks! I'm going to lift later to day, I haven't in four days so I am pumped to get my pump on and see how it looks.

Happens if ya drink beer and eat canned food or red meat. I'm not even sure it's gout, totally self diagnosed, but when I'm not drinking enough water my toe kills.
Freaking holding my self back again, I SLAMMED in my last injection, I have no idea why, but that same pain came back in my right glute, gonna have to wait a few more days cuz this shit kills.
