They're nice, but hyperextensions do just as good without as much risk of injury.
Never made it yesterday, was gonna go 2 hours ago but started doing chores around the house. Glad shit's clean, really disappointed I've not gone to workout yet fucking boo. Will be at the gym in 45, gonna take dark energy, it's been a while, took a scoop earlier, gonna take another 1/2.

I cramp a lot even though I'm taking 4 multivitamin a day and drinking about a gallon of water (starting yesterday, I think I've got gout from dehydration).
4 multi-V's a day?!?! I would think that will hinder more than help... Most multi's have more than 100% of your DV in one pill. Just glancing at the multi I take; 50mg=333% of thiamin. Most all of the B's are in the 2000-3000% range. I don't think that taking 4X that will help me any more than just one would. IDK though

It wont hurt, it will just be extra waste. I see people taking all sorts of vitimins all the time. Truth is your body can only absorb/need so much, after that it will just excrete the acces vitamins,.

'Tis mostly untrue. Some vitamins can be taken in quantities way higher than recommended and the extra will be excreted by urine.
You can take 1000% of the daily recommended dose of vitamin C. But dosing every vitamin this way could be lethal or could cause hypervitaminose which is a dangerous condition.
Vitamins are mostly enzyme cofactors and are necessary in very small quantities and already present in a diversified food diet.
Such vitamins as cobalamine (vitamin b12) are active at low dosage. You need less than 10 ug/day.
IMO, vitamin supplements are useless unless you eat shit all day, all year.

So this is how cut I used to be 2 years ago before I stopped dieting and started bulking. I want to get back to this or something like it in the near future. I figured I would rather get ripped up than get huge.
added:

jeez my delts used to be so full. I really gotta step my game back up to where I used to be

Pfft, no spray on tan? Only joking, I like to protect my razor sharp abs with a layer of fat, that way people don't cut themselves when they hit me I've lost a good amount of bf and will step up cardio when I get back to the gym Monday. Dieting is about as high on my things to do as a vasectomy. Pretty bad ass though, I'd love to be cut up for a summer one year lol make all them girlies wet.
However, my shoulders have grown noticeably after 2 workouts (upright rows is the only way!) my legs are solid, and my arms are gaining definition. Gonna do pushups today at work, didn't get a chance to hit the gym this morning and won't have a chance til Monday.
Mondays workout will be:
Squats: 315, 355 Bench: 255, 275 Dead lift: 225, 275, 315 Dumbbell press: 75, 95 Walking Lunges: 40# dumbbells 12 each leg Uprights: 80, 100 Curls: 45# dumbbells, Olympic bar 95# Overhead tricep press: 3x20 OHP: 135
All these will be minimum 3x5, shoulders and arms will be 3x6-10
Figure I'm gonna keep up with the power shit, but may as well step up my mass gaining shit too while my body is this hypertrophic furnace of amazingness. Still at 250#, will test bf Monday too (grip test)

Nice blind. That is exactly the body that im going for. Im close, just a little more cutting and i should get there. With the anavar i will be doing soon i should have no problem.
Do any of you guys have any tips for the cycle of anavar im going to be doing soon? I plan on eating a low carb diet with around 250 grams protein a day so my body can burn some of the protein as energy. My goals are to gain a little bit of size with good strength gains and to get that shredded look ie a six pick without flexing.
I plan on doing a month long cycle, but im not really sure on what dose to take. As far as i understand i shouldn't have problems with gyno or test shrinkage and i shouldn't need to run PCT correct?

anavar i thought does produce a negative feedback loop so if it were me i would do the PCT i say better to be safe than sorry i say. ALSO as far as the gyno seriously feel your boobs ALOT once they start getting pudgy and you will know this from having groped yourself so much before hand stop stat. The shrinkage usually goes away and isnt that big a deal long term but bitch tits is. So be watchful.

Anavar is recommended at like 20-50 a day, some go as high as 70 though. I'd love to get my hands on some. The use of a PCT is recommended but I don't think it's necessary on anavar. The new name is oxandrin btw but it's still oxandrolone. For a PCT you shouldn't need more than like nolvadex or clomid.
For your diet I'm gonna recommend a little more protein, and about 45-60g of fat a day. If you get your body burning fat (from intake) as fuel it'll burn body fat easier.
Here's the site for some peptide info by the way: http://basskilleronline.com/index.shtml

well, if we're doing vanity pics in the powerlifting thread, I might as well add mine. took this to show off my new watch, would you believe I don;'t train biceps?
I really don't. And it shows, badly. Doesn't affect my powerlifting though.

My delts have never been that full looking. I used to have really bad shoulder instability so they suffered. Champ, I never trained biceps, by they used to be big from all the back stuff I did. My deltas are finally developing some roundness, and I'm not sure if it's cuz I'm a little more trim, or they're just getting large. If I can only be my pumped size normally....
