I just take about 20mg at a time. It keeps me focused. I can do homework while at work so its nice to be in that zone. I guess I drink about a pot of tea so yeah I take it w/caffeine.

WWW it's true DMAA is in the PWOs, but this is only recently since the FDA banned the amount they were putting in previously. Jack3d used to have it. FDA approved it but in pretty low doses, so they include yohimbine in the PWOs now so the DMAA works.

Hmmm, interesting... It's kinda crazy having a 5g bag of the stuff, very interesting chemical. Lots of research going on over here... lol. I'm kind of worried about the w/d from it though. I've heard horror stories about ppl doing a few tubs of jack3d back to back... Anyways got to the gym today. Killed it. Might have hit it too hard. Due to 60+ hours between work and school the past two weeks I haven't made it for a while. ALSO how the fuck do you people wear shoes when lifting/running? My fivefingers had to go back to the company due to a defect. I wore my brooks today-which are nice fucking shoes btw- and I fucked up my knee running because of all the pussy ass padding and the shoes and the slant from the heel to the toe. I ended up taking them off for good mornings and stiffdumbell deads.

Five fingers? The toe glove shoes? I've only seen them in ads never seen anyone wear them. They comfortable? Feel any different from regular shoes in a way worth buying?

Worth every penny. It's strange working out in shoes now. The padding makes them feel very unnatural. The heel to toe drop is goofy too. They are strange and hurt a little at first but once my, pussy ass supported by shoes my whole life, ankles and tendons in my calfs toughened up it was not an issue. Get a pair. Now. You will not regret it. Just a small portion of the argument for five finger shoes... Who has ever rolled their ankle barefoot? Were you born wearing shoes? Scientists think that the foot of early man was much healthier because they were barefoot. Check their website for more info there is also tons of blogs about them. The demand for them is growing quickly; they are starting to make more normal looking colors. They even have a suede dress model. I am going to wear only minimalist shoes at some point. I want to check out the NB minmus and the merrell gloves-Vibram makes the souls for merrell... There is something about the heel cup in the Vibram souls that is amazingly natural and comfortable. /sales pitch

Ya I guess that's my question.....since I've never seen anyone wear them, do you wear em all day or only for training?

WHAAAT IS THIS FAGGOTRY!!!

Fucks sake I hate hipsters. I just got a new pair of vibrams a couple of weeks ago, my old pair is completely fucked haha
My mum has like 4 pairs of them, she does duathlons, marathons and whatnot in hers... she loves the shit out of them too.
They are that good guys, fucking get them. After you wear them, you'll wonder why you ever set foot inside a gym with shoes on.

btw I used to wear mine 24/7, like I'd go out to bars and restaurants and shit at night in them (I was so in love with them) now I'm a little more practical, I do wear mine on most days whenever I go into the city for the day or whatever, or if I'm just going for a walk or to the gym (if I ever get back fffuuu) but yeah, they are amazing shoes guys and personally I think every lifter should have a pair... (unless you actually lift barefoot)
my mum does Chi running in hers and said it makes running so much easier and more comfortable, and she can cover more distance.
Seems like getting back to nature is the way to go guys, I've been watching guys run in like$200 running shoes and watch the mechanics of the body and really understand how bad it must be for the kinematic chain to be absorbing the whole impact of your bodyweight landing on the heel of your foot, using your legs/hips/back to absorb that shock.
get back to nature! go barefoot or die

I am getting vibes or five fingers for the following reasons:
1.)You guys are pumping me up. 2.)My friend has had them at the last 3 events we gone to and has had tons of comments and can go through mud, dirt, and a fucking river without caring. 3.) its obvious: jealousy and i want to be cool like that.
I play racquetball so im not going to wear them to the gym. Ill just take my shoes off for lifting.
god damnit im getting mine this christmas

Guise. Calm down guise. The guise doing the weightlifting at the Olympics have the best training their country can provide. They literally get millions worth of training and equipment and advice, just so they can win a gold medal for their country. I hope no one is going to suggest that no oly lifters wore fivefingers at the last olympics because they hadn't heard of them. The internet is widely available. I'm sure they're very comfortable and look cool and shit, but they aren't ideal weightlifting shoes. If they were, then weightlifting shoes would look like that. The concept of shoes with toes is not new by a loooong shot, and yet most shoes don't have toes. Go figger....
