Everyone has such small amounts in theirs I looked for bulk. I think I'm gonna order from eMeteoroidImpactLeftInGrounds. There's a seller there who's got a pretty good price for 36g which would be about 2.5 months taken at 500mg a day. You've gotta research how much to take cuz I'm sure dosages aren't to be spoken of here. The results in rats is pretty amazing, but like anything else, without proper training and nutrition, you won't see the results you could.

And anyone got suggestions for hunger suppressants/energy? i work graveyard shift an i need energy but not lookin to eat heavy carbs late at night. I remember back in the day stacker 3 would amp me up so hard i was literally like nauseous and i had to kinda force myself to eat. ideally lookin or something like that because honestly switching to overnites has FUCKED my diet an im not gonna be goin back to days for a loooooooong time as it stands.
DMAA- cheap and works great. I got 5g for like $10. I work 3rd shift too. I eat considerably better when I am at work though... I can only eat what I bring. You say you don't want to eat carbs late at night. It makes you sound like a idiot me. FIRST of all, when you eat carbs does not matter very much in terms of fat storage, and second, if you they did, when you are awake all night its similar to the middle of the day for your brain/body... What I am hearing you say is you don't want to eat carbs when it is dark... Sounds pretty stupid re-worded, don't it.

oh sorry i gotta clarify my reasoning for the no carbs at night. im cutting and so the only carbs ideally i wanna take in are veggies and whole grains. though i work at night its not like middle of the day for me. i wake up at 2pm do my training head to class by 5pm class from 5-10pm then work 11pm-7am. so for me overnight really is the end of the day for me and i dont want to be taking in any processed or simple carbs so close to bed time you dig?
ill check out the DMAA thanks!

I hit shoulders and abs today at the university gym. I like working out up here they have a ton of equipment, though their dumbells kinda suck. It was a good workout. I love lifting as much or more on the same movements as people way bigger than me.

lol for sure thats always a good feeling.
one side point though.....theres a couple beasts at my gym that are jacked all to hell but they are screamers when they lift and it cracks me the fuck up. i find myself being the only one who has to stifle my smile or laughing, everyone else is stone faced but it never gets old for me. Ive actually had to change when i go to the gym because i dont wanna drop a bar from laughing while these dudes are having lifting seizures.

some people have comical sounding grunts and screams that's for sure. I would love to hear these guys though you should take a little video with your phone sometime and post it up so we can all have a laugh.

For instance. I noticed the other day. I saw this big dude. pumpin 25lb dumbell curls. Actually i dont even think he was that big, he just had big arms. I walk over there, and start pumpin out 45lb dumbell curls.
Im sure he did way more reps then me, he probably even did other types of bicep workouts. For i only did 5x5 of that and i was done. But it was just the idea that i was lifting heavier is all.
On another note, i was repping 135lb standing OHP. This other guy who is way buff was sitting down and doing OHP with like 225lbs. made me feel lol

Yea I was doing seated military presses right next to this huge black guy. We started off with the same weight (plate on each side so 135) however after each set I was packin on more while he just wouldn't. I know people take it easy sometimes for whatever reason but the last set I got a full 8 reps with 185lbs and looked over and just thought "Fuckin right"

well......i may try audio i actually JUST had as in within the last week a mishap on a train. I saw a guy with the stupidest looking hat ive ever seen in my life and i HAD to take a picture.
WELL i pulled out my brand new phone that i just got the day before and remembered to turn off the shutter sound......BUT NOT THE DOUBLE LED FLASH.
whole entire train caught me taking a creeper shot of this guy and his ridiculous hat.
the guy was like WTF? i explained that i really liked his hat WHICH was the biggest stone faced lie i think ive ever said in my life (which if i were the other guy i wouldnt have believed the performance i was putting on) and that i wanted a picture so i could buy one myself.
he then told me to take a non stalker pic which i did then i had to sit on the train for 8 more stops while random people gave me great tips for the future like "hey man next time you should turn your flash off"
i cant even begin to describe the awkwardness of it all.
so yah turn your flash off boys.

That's awesome!!!! I caught a shot of two passed out natives on a train in Portland once, it was the funniest stereotyping shot ever, I think I still have it. Thankfully I've got no flash.

@dshow yah its a double LED flash its BLINDING. and i wasnt even expecting it because my last phone didnt have a flash so i wasnt even thinking of it and i was literally sitting about 3 feet across from him.
@winton.....amazon prime is the best shit in the world. i freaking order 30 pounds bags of dog food off there. its SO convenient.
