FUUUUCCCKKKK!! cunt bitch balls fuck! So pissed, got 2x5 of 305 squat instead of 3, and it was tough as balls, but 295 was cake...ugh so pissed. Got that and nothing else, then the gym closed, gonna come in the morning. Fuck waste of gas fucking shit fuck

Yeah, the gym is 24 hr during the week. Woke up at 8, and ran my errands, and ran out of time before work. Not sure if last night's failure was due to hunger (99% of what I'm thinking), or lack of recovery. Gonna go Monday, Tuesday and Thursday next week, and just do the same weight Monday and Tuesday for squat.  I'm gonna eat more too, but it seems like I've gotta force feed myself.

Nice! That's my next squat lol once you break the psychological barrier that is "3 plates" you go up fairly quick. Pretty soon shoot for 5 reps at 3 plates and before you know it you'll be putting up 170kg

gosh i remember the first time i went to a gym outside of HS and i threw 200 pounds on the bar = 270 lifted it with ease then brought it down and dropped it on my chest it rolled towards my neck choked me out then i fell off the bench. first day at the new gym no spotter and had the whole place laughing at me. That was quite the humiliation. ive surpassed that weight nowadays but lookin back what a nublet. LOL

ALMOST as humbling as the first time i went skiing and tried to impress the date by going down a black diamond course and proceeded to roll and fall down the ENTIRE mountain.

In other news. Do you guys hit the pool at all post workout? or instead of running do laps?

I like to swim after lifting, sometimes running.  I love the sauna though.  I've heard that it's not the best thing to do though...

In other news, been getting to the gym like I should.  My buddy has been harassing me about starting a test boost cycle with him.  I'm thinkin I am going to go for it.  Also been looking in to HGH... Sounds too good to be true.  IDK why they don't just put it in the drinking water? lol

Lol as well as causing your guts to grow, notice how jay cutler's abs look vs pre hgh bodybuilders, such as Arnold. I've been doing some prop recently and it fuckin kills, enough that it's fucking up my lifting horribly. It's making me more solid, but it's like driving a viper in a school zone, the full potential isn't even recognized let alone utilized. Maybe soon enough I'll be able to lift.

the guts to grow is distention. its solid but its literally your organs expanding in size and bulging the abdominal wall. like you ever see a dude with a real deal beer belly as in a distended gut that thing is solid. thats his liver. gross.

Pressed 225 for 4 reps yesterday. A personal best.:awesome:

Probably just gonna go on a run later tonight and do a few sets on the pull up bar.

First workout in a week besides pushups;

BB front raises and tricep extensions (What the hell?)
DL - 2x5 @ 225, 3x5 @ 275lbs
OHP - 5x10 @ 85

Felt good after another long week, i am feeling like i beat the sickness that's been leaving me extremely exhausted the past couple weeks .. hopefully start working less and workout more next week. :smile:

It seems my physique is still developing, although slowly. My chest was all veiny after my workout, and i've never had that before.

I hit a complete full body workout today 2 different movements per body part and hit EVERYTHING
it was nice but I gotta move back to isolated muscle groups for the real attention they deserve
