Gabapentin is a noortropic like piracetam and makes me feel awesome. That's how pathetic I am when getting high lmao no money or people for things like k, and would probably only do shit that's not traceable cuz of work.

Did workout B of SS, 235 squat, 135 clean and 120 standing military press. Nothing impressive, but it feels awesome! Tomorrow morning will bey 245 squat, 245 dl and 205 bench. My buddy is doing accessory workouts cuz he thinks he needs to hit more body parts, I told him he'll always be 2nd to me cuz he fucks around, though his short ass arms can curl more than me...got my shit in, gonna hold back on using it til I'm closer to my 5RM of this program and have another 6-12 week program lined up, got me 12 weeks worth of stuff, or I may stick to this and go for 18 weeks. Got my 5RM set at week #6 or so, so 4 weeks from now.

Just finished week 1 of SS (almost correctly) and my PH cycle. Was supposed to squat 245 today, but due to my awesome math skills I did 265. It felt great lol that I did well in picking a good 5RM weight. Weighed myself today, up to 262, despite clean diet, and my "athletic" ability is improved, I can jog now although I've gone up 14# in a month. Gonna do a bf test Monday and shit. Gotta do cardio, but I'm also decreasing rest time in my lifts to hopefully kick up the metabolism too.

Nothin but cardio and abs for the last 2 - 3 weeks.  I'm just trying to get shredded now that the bulking shit has run its course.

Tomorrow starts day 1 of PCT which will consist of
25mg aromasin
50mg clomid
50mg nolvadex

shits been kinda nice going to the gym and not having to lift heavy ass weights

Im still slacking, life is in the way. Winter has sapped my energy levels.

Now might be the time to try an energy supplement. I feel like i am going backwards.

I'm just giving myself a break from all the heavy shit for these few weeks.  I'll get back to it next week if not sooner but as far as gains go, like I  filled out and shit but my basic size and definition is and will always be there.  I havn't taken more than a week off in the last 3 years so this break is well deserved.

My mindset is basically ...
ok, I have seen what I look like with more mass.  Now lets see how shredded I can get.  I can always put the size back on when I cycle again next year.

Keep with 3-5 sete of 8-12 to keep your mass up and not lose strength

Yeah this thread seems to have died hard in many ways...

I have been inactive due to moving house, broken heart and financial woes. No real good excuses though, I haven't lifted for the best part of 3 weeks.

I am going to go back in and start SS again for about a month I think, bulk hard, just get really fat and bulk then back onto 5/3/1, I really liked 5/3/1, I want to work a lot more on my flexibility too.

but really it has been pathetic.

Sorry guys, feel like I've let you all down. Was going so well, too. The pair of jeans I'm wearing right now I literally could not fit my legs into 3 weeks ago.
