How much did your bf % drop?

Oh damn, I was gonna say, the T generally drops a bunch of fat. You're probably not nearly as high as you'd think. I'm really considering hitting one up, my buddy is gonna start a Test prop (for 1-2 weeks), test e, materon cycle. Figure if he dumps a bunch of fat and gets large I'll follow suit. Fuck I hate drugs, they always lure me back to them.

INDICA

I like what you did with the first page. Have not seen it since this thread started. Keep adding stuff.

SS routine.. I went to that link you posted but it didnt have the actual routine posted? Im done with this 5x5 program in 5 weeks.

5 weeks

3 weeks of lifting at 85%,90%,95%
1 week of deload after 95% week
then following the deload week, its max 1rep.

so after this.. im starting something new. I think ill go for the SS routine.

I tried some fst-7 on chest tonight

got the 120lb bells up for 10 on flat press
the 7 sets with 40 seconds in between on flies were tough at the end

overall I liked it and may continue with it

oh and yesterday to break up the routine I did a 2 hour session of cardio and abs
fucking brutal

It's been about as long since I posted here as since I've been in the gym. Indica, checked page 1, and I LOVE IT, awesome and proactive, 5:mushroom2: for you brother!!!

Been slacking in the gym. For some reason (probably poor nutrition) I've been sore as a hooker on her first Friday. Skipped a couple days, behind on legs, and really needing a back rub. After my back workout, my whole body is sore! My lifts have been heavier than they should be after my year off. Been fairly consistent but not as serious as I used to be. Gonna dead lift, front squat, lunge, and all around fuck my world up on Monday, including abs. Probably gonna turn to the starting strength program as a good muscle shock, then may look to a cycle and some massive lifts. Gonna shoot for cardio 2 times a week.

This upsets me, but makes me proud. This guy is like 18, world record 700#+ squat at 82kg I believe. Fucking motivation for me!

You guys hang out with other powerlifters?

There's no "hardcore" gym around here .. mostly franchise type places. Crossfit almost seems like the best place to find like minded training partners, and i don't want to go that route..

Progress report:

So my weight went from 172 upto 182lbs at the beginning of the summer, eating like a pig and gluttoning out on creamy, buttery and cheesey dishes and oversized portions of everything else for about 6 months.

Now i am quite conscious about eating refined carbs, particularly bread, but also cutting pasta, and switching out rice for quinoa and moderating my portions, aswell as doing KB more and running again...

I've CUT to 174/175.

I feel better and look better at this weight, less bloated looking, more toned. So I assume i can call this weight fluctuation, a gain in lean muscle mass?

Fairly modest gain for 6 months? - Considering I workout very casually compared to you all, i am happy with the results...

My routine right no is basic, but seems to be the best i've come up with yet. - deadlift and OHP 2x/week, light kb workout 3x/week, hiking/biking on the weekends.

I don't think I would be willing to force feed myself to gain anymore weight though...

You don't have to be large to lift large. I'm gonna try to drop down to the 220 range, I'd be about 10% bf at that weight which is pretty rad.

I need to start hanging out with powerlifters, right now it's me and my buddy, but I know a couple guys that workout at my gym.

Also I've broken down and ordered a cycle :frown: not sure how happy I am with myself, but my self centered ego really needs to eat. Gonna go for more a solidifying/leaning cycle than mass gaining for sure. Just gotta take it easy, don't wanna end up tearing something from not letting tendons and ligaments not getting strong enough for massive weights, but I'm doubtful of that.

Lmao a drug induced fast would never be the cause...good job on the 2-3 days of straight cardio dshow

Working with an old football player here in a few days, gonna con him into a workout session or three. He's a big boy, and still strong as shit.

Gonna set an official goal here guys, by years end:
500# squat
500# DL
400# Bench

That's like 150 to my squat and DL, and 185 or so to my bench. These will be 1RM, and I'm willing to get dirty in the "bumps", but will work at it using the SS method and nutrition and see where I'm at before fucking around with dirt. Gonna have to lift heavy and hard, and con my gf to giving me a back rub using DMSO, even though it reeks of garlic. If she won't I'm gonna hit a dirty sketch balls massage parlor to piss her off.

Yeah dshow I wouldn't really worry about what the scale says when you lose weight, mirror is a better indicator!  You'd be surprised at how much excess water, glycogen and fat you can carry on you at any given time.  I'm down myself 6 pounds or so from last month since i've been taking a lot of caffeine pills and doing the occasional cardio session after the already grueling workouts.  You can tell when its water and fat your losing because your face will sink in, and features will look more pronounced and not as bloated when your force feeding constantly + you get more definition around your stomach and arms while retaining the muscle.

you are so right. My friend actually lost 10 lbs last weekend with me. We ate one sandwich and rolled and lsd-ed for 2 days straight. Ever since then he has been eating healthy (on purpose) we talked today (he lives 8 hours away) and he said he is eating very very healthy everyday and has kept the weight off. He can actually see his abs somewhat. I too have kept the weight off and look better then ever.

Kinda crazy but the results from a drug binge at a edm event is huge. Looks great, feels great.

WTF!! Where is everyone?  I've slipped back into a solid routine.  Kinda doing the 10x10 thing...  It's killer after set 6/7... I'm back on a spectacular diet too.  I am trying to get 100g of protein from veggie sources 100g from meats and some about 50 from whey.  Going to see if that gives me better results.
Also, I'm eating beef on days I workout.  I seem to be much less soar than when I eat nonbeef meats.
