Fuck dude that's a big goal. Bulking for a year? What was your starting weight and is that a current pic? I was worried my bulking process was going slow but I don't feel sso bad now that I saw your pic. I am about the same as you maybe I've got a little more abdominal fat and bigger shoulders
What do you use/do to keep the fat off?

Just got home from blasting delts and traps. I hit it first this week since it was the one part I missed last week.
My girl took some pics the other day of me I'll see if tomorrow I can post em up
I'm still struggling to keep fueled with the amount of food my body's requiring these days

Was like 180 when I started eating tons, got to 212lb eating mostly red meat. rice, sweet potatos +whatever I wanted whenever, no cardio. and now i'm only doing chicken, rice, broccili with some steak and bulking cleaner, cardio 15min 2x week pics at 209lb or so(current).
Nothing to keep fat off just fast metabolism its hard for me to put on weight, it took SO MUCH food to get to 200lb +. Going to do an EC stack to cut though, can't wait, fat just comes right off, thats the upside of being an ecto.

Dont eat too much brocolli... like not every day. Its known to have a lot of vitamin K which thickens your blood. Which means your blood will have a hard time getting oxygen and nutrients to your cells which means you wont get as good results as your looking for...

Okay so deadlifting week two. Easily was lifting just over 200lbs. Last week I stopped at 150ish. Not very soar yet, I'm thinking it is coming though... Next time I am going to try to get up to 250... I give credit to my new kicks. I am one with the ground...

No journals here but today or tomorrow I'll post progress pics. I wish I had complete before and after. Especially before I ever started lifting that would be gnarly.

I've always used converse chuck taylors to squat and deadlift. I like pushing out on the side of the shoe. Any squishy shoe makes me feel like I'm going to fall over and die lifting on a mound of pillows.
Bench + accessories tonight. Time for the rape fest.

Ill wear my tennis shoes for squatting. For someone reason it helps me keep my toes up and leaning back on my heals.
I take my shoes off for my deadlifts.

oh dear god.. that is sex, i hate chicks with too skinny legs... eat or squat or gtfo
so you're digging the vibrams? i'd love to get a lace-up pair if they came in all black... did they have in any in all black? i havent looked at the site since i bought mine 8 months ago. i have them on now
today was my first deload day of week 4 5/3/1
felt so weird, went in, warmed up, did light as sets
press dips/db press upright row/lat pulldown pendlay/cable curls
then left it felt weird to be half assing everuything with such light weights, but it's a really good thing because i JUST ran out of mesoorph last week week so deload week is the perfect time to ween myself off PWO supps

fuck man they look awesome... on closer inspection they look like running shoes with toes
goddamn i love vibrams
edit: my therapist has deduced a few findings in our last few massages:
My right trap is a lot more developed than my left, probably stemming from my injury
My left bicep minor is more developed than my right
my left rib cage is 'larger' than my right
my right quad is more developed than my left
my left hamstring and glute is more developed than my right
and a few other flexibility discrepancies in the hip flexors and shit
i'm so disproportionate
I'M A FREAK! A MUTANT!

They are the first shoe they have designed for chi running. I love to run sooo much and cant wait till spring to use them full time. I ran a quarter mile in them yesterday and my feet are dying today

There is a ton more youtube vids. This one is very good. If you are running in your five fingers your chi running. Try to heel toe once in them it feels goofy... What model do you have? I hear the komodo sport are great for lifting.
