There's a couple sites that sell pre ban ephedrine diet pills (though it may have changed) or you can get a primatene mist inhaler.
P.S. My fucking abs kill, and I've not done shit for sit ups....YES!

Truthfully I've never run a stacked cycle. I did use rest prop for 1 month and leaned way out and got back to my place prior to quitting my working out. I guarantee it that more people are using than you'd think. I've met people whore just ripped but not massive that use/used and my buddy used to know to people who were like 5'10" 175# that had used for years. Before I docked around with prohormones and shit I was still large, and there's a lot of natural guys that are.
Steven Cook is a good example. I know him, and have known him since 6th grade. Super nice guy, volunteered at a local fire dept, Mormon (not sure if he still is), drop dead gorgeous ex wife, and natural. Here's a couple links, and he looks like this year round, no bulking and cutting, just fucking ripped. As gay as it sounds he's got an amazing body. http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/steve-cook-cutting-program.html http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/steve-cook-muscle-building-program.html http://workoutinspiration.blogspot.com/2011/06/steve-cook-beaming-bodybuilder.html

Thats crazy you know Steve Cook. I have seen his pics and competition vids around a lot online in different BB'ing forums, and of course he's been on the front page of bodybuilding.com for awhile sponsored by ON.
I've read lots of debate with people arguing over if he is actually natural. Do you know for a fact he has never cycled or even taken pro hormones? I mean either way still, a great physique. if he is truly natural that is a lot of mass to hold on his frame at that low of bf% year round without any anabolics. It makes me skeptical of those top ranking natty guys like him and Layne Norton etc.- unless they just truly are the .5% of the population that genetically gifted?.

Yeah, I've asked him and he swears he's been natural, he was built in high school for sure. He's also got a larger frame than he looks. He just maintains a good diet year round and said he may vary 5# tops. He does all kinda cardio, and bikram yoga and shit, and his ex was a fitness model too. He still is sponsored by ON, and they're contracted with BB.com and produce their Higher Power brand stuff. From seeing him in high school and knowing how his dad was always pushing him (in my opinion he was excessive) I've got very little doubt that he truly is natural. He worked at a Texas Roadhouse for a while, probably how he got so big, good food sponsor for sure lol. Last time I talked to him and brought up using shit, he said he never did anything cuz his scholarships, but that isn't to say he didn't dabble with it in HS, which makes me wonder how long you gotta be clean and what stipulations are there for the natties

i was always clued in that more dudes than you think are on something. theres this guy i work with who's quite small, but ripped, ridiculously ripped, and when i found out he was on hgh it all made sense, turned out just about every stacked dude at work was on some form of hgh/anabolic
i'm more or less one of the very few dudes i work with who aren't on something
anyway
today was legs day... FUCKING DESTROYED
started with my deadlifts, making sure to activate hamstrings and glutes (something i've neglected a lot in the past and i think has caused my form to suffer)
my 5/3/1 program meant 162.5kg as a max weight today, i pulled 7 reps. its weird, my grip/hands really dont like not deadlifting at least twice a week for many sets... my grip is giving out a little despite doing assitance exercises, nonetheless i was quite pleased. i wont lift that much for a while. next week is deload week.
assistances today were:
Leg press (155kg)/ham curls(71kg) I want to up my leg press by 20kg at least next time and ham curls up to 80kg
Hack squats (90kg)/Good mornings (50kg)
Sumo deadlifts (90kg)/Leg raises
stretching, and then was waaaay too fucked for any cardio, i nearly vomited towards the end there. did some stretching and bailed, i'm about to head back for my hour massage. loving tthe massages, and the chick is kinda hot, its not often i get to undress and have a chick rub her hands all over me for an hour lol (but i have to pay )

Damn I feel like puking now, sweat dripping off my nose, sitting down to catch my breath and working my arms trying to get up, legs shaky as fuck, heart pumping out of my chest...and I'm only halfway done! Fuck you btw indica, now I gotta 1-up you on DL at the end of my workout! I'm so pissed I'm so weak, a year and a half ago I was a behemoth and everyone accused me of juicing when I was clean. Can't wait to start the 19, norandro part of my PH cycle, that shit makes me mean as fuck! I remember the first time I used it I would ride my motorcycle and thought of punching oncoming vehicle's side views off...yes!

Hahahaha dude I know the feeling but not from juicing just the natural rush after lifting I'd go home and feel on top of the world but instead of doing something productive I'd make retarded and egotistical posts on fb/shrmry.
And hey, just to drive it in... Remember I got my 440lb dead less than a month ago! Lift hard brethren you'll be back on top in no time

A 08 gixxer 600, was gonna do the liter but saw the 0-180 was 18.23 seconds and realized if it's rated I would know it does it and would do it...so I opted the 6. Wishing I did the 750, but realistically I'll never push the 6 to it's peak, it scares me haha. So I got 1 at 365, the routine is posted on my ph cycle thread. My form blew and if my back weren't beat from yesterday I would've gone for 4 plates, next week though. My worst thing is I can't make it to the gym Sundays, so I gotta figure the best training days. Maybe I'll do arms tomorrow and cardio Fridays and take off sat and sun, then rotate and do back first, then legs, then chest.
Any ideas?

Yeh clen makes me shaky as hell, and I sweat like I ran a marathon. The muscle loss is just personal experience.
As far as the "special supplements", I got to a lean 232lbs before I ever tried anything. Then shot up to 275. I'm lighter now and glad. Holding that much weight just always felt like a burden.

oh yeah and here's a pic of my quads, crappy phone pic, they look a lot bigger in flesh. they are getting really big since i started doing leg press and hack squats. when i sit on my knees when they are pumped it is so bizarre to see how big my legs have gotten compared to before... its such an amazing thing seeing your body grow
x my hamstrings are still quite small, but i can feel them getting thicker, and my ass is getting fucking huge, im like "does my ass look big in this?" and the answer is usually yes
i am beyonce

Lol the worst thing about large legs/glutes is you literally have to hold your pocket open to get your hand into it. Even my looser pants, that don't constrict my thighs, I've got to force my hand into.
Still not sure what I'm gonna do for tomorrow's workout. Did chest, back, and legs over the past 3 days, I'm considering tomorrow off and taking the dog on a hike.

fuck i thought it was just me wearing pants that were too small! i didn't even put two and two together with that one! I always have trouble getting hands in my pockets
these jeans im wearing now were fucking way too big for me 6 months ago, now they're like spray ons
if it weren't for my micro-penis mini-junk i would totally wear these out tonight to show off my legs

btw i forgot to mention, maybe try doing a similar routine to the 5/3/1?
do like
Monday: upper body (arms/shoulders(delts etc)/traps/triceps/lats)/stomach Tuesday: legs (quads/hams) /lower back Wed: rest Thurs: Upper body (chest/lats/front delts/arms/triceps)/stomach Fri: legs (glutes/eductors)/lower back Weekend: rest
thats how mine is working atm, or similar to, legs days are just all-over leg raping tho, seems to be great. im beginning to love legs days as much as uper body days, i just need to forget my egotistical love of upper body pump

Man, I have been too soar lately. I hit it too hard on Monday and was too soar to get back and lift on Wednesday. I'm better today (Thursday) but damn WTF! I did make it in on Tuesday for a little bit of forarms/abs and a nice swim to stretch out. IDK what the deal is. I was too soar yesterday to do anything at all. Could barley play volleyball and tried to go running and was too soar for that! Any tips? I stretch pre/post WO and I stretch when I get up and go to sleep. I eat enough and healthy, what gives?!?!
