I'm sure that sledish thing is a total body killer.  I bet pulling it it is walking backwards would be rough.

@indica I love the HUNGER.  No matter what I eat my furnace of a body engulfs it.  Meat cravings ftw!  I'm not at that point right now, but with in week of my new training reg I hope to be there.

It gives me gas haha.

Cottage cheese is my night time snack, as it's casein, I wake up without the "fuck I'm starving" feeling.

I've ditched a lot of protein powder. I use some whey isolate sometimes. I used to live on that stuff. I farted like crazy ALL the time. Plus I just never felt full enough. Eat 6 whole omega 3 eggs and tell me you still feel like eating a lot more food. I could use protein shakes to wash down chinese buffet.

The prowler is definitely full body but I wouldn't do it the day before a leg workout if you plan on going hard.

DOOOOD i WISH we all went to the same gym. Within a mattter of days each one of us would know so much from sharing knowledge and pointing out things that we could probably start some workout program and sell it to gyms/make a video.

and i would be ripped as fuck within a year. :smirk:

If I had someone to work on diet with me I'd be psyched, if we all were pushing each other. I think injuries would be plentiful, but determination would go through the roof. We could be those douche bags flexing in the mirror while our buddy struggles with his reps, needing a spot.

champion: go easy on yourself dewd... don't do what my mate just did and get a hernia from deadz! He told me on thursday what happened I was like  "how did you do it?" he goes "I knew I wasn't doing it right"

THEN WHY DID YOU KEEP DOING IT>?!

Oh well, hopefully it doesn't put him out for too long.

I am still incredibly sore in my lats/chest/shoulders...  even after a rest day yesterday (and my last upper body day was Wednesday?!) AND I was only doing 65% of my max lifts!! feels like they have had a really good session. today is bench day... so looking forward to more raep of the barbell kind

lift hard everyone

and yes, we should open a shroomery gym, probably wouldn't last long though, everyone would be sitting around afterwards getting baked and losing motivation.

I'm baaaaack.
No disasters, nothing startling, a good start methinks.
It went a little something like this (in kg)

deadlift:
90x3
130x2
170x1
200x1
190x1
180x1
170x1

front squats:
50x3
60x3
70x3
80x3
90x3
100x3

good to see I can still put up 200 with reasonable ease after all this time.
210 was probably there, but no sense in pushing too hard on my first day back.
did the front squats oly style, ie like this,

maybe not quite so deep, but close, thanks to my lovely oly shoes.

sexy, no?:smirk:
