The guy's bench went up 30 pounds in 2 weeks.
You can find results like that all over the web, any BBing forum you come across. From my experience not only with myself but watching many others the gains in size and strength aren't always that quality.

Yeah you're right. But those kinds of gains shouldn't be too hard for a ton of people to get, considering the drugs of choice that were used in that cycle.
Anything with tren involved is almost always going to yield great gains.

I'll give you that. Tren is the king of steroids, not forgiving when it comes to sides though. When I used it in the past i had everything from night sweats to shortness of breath, lets just say it wasn't the best 8 weeks.

Ive done 315 before but for the past year almost I've really been more focused on doing clean concentrated reps with all my movements.
Plus I've lost my workout partners

Mine used to be 320 but I started to slack a little bit for a while. I feel like I could probably hit 350 in a couple months or so.

Not sure about a yoga thread but there are people in this thread that also do yoga so it's fine to post about that too here.
Idk though man weed is really nice after you've been workin out hard.

fuck yeah dude I'm going off to yoga class tomorrow (vinyasa) before my 1 hour massage. Only had 1 class so far but really enjoyed it. Got a pink yogam at and all, gonna align my chakras and get in touch with my vagina.
Well, today sucked IMMENSE balls for lifting.
So I got to the gym, and loaded up my squats, got to 100kg and got under that bar, this was my second time doing low-bar squats. I unracked, stepped back and got my feet into position, then the fucking bar rolled back off my rhomboids and fell to the safety bars. All was good, or so I thought and then about 5 mins later as I was putting the bar back onto the rack my right bicep started hurting and then my whole right arm lost like 80% of its strength, could barely flex, could barely use it to pick shit up .
My right shoulder has been giving me a little grief for sometime but I think the hyperextension when I dropped the bar pinched a nerve in my arm, and may have done a little damage to my shoulder.
I figured I didn't have my arms wide enough when I stepped back.
I rested for a bit then went again. Low bar squats are so fucking good but sure are trickier to get the load onto your back and get the position right.
Anyway, to be quick, I did:
warm up sets
(Squats) 20kg x5 40kgx5 60kg x5 100kg x5 (after ruining my arm first attempt) 120kg x5 140kg x1
the 140kg was really easy but I had to pinch a spotter and he wasn't keen to hang around so I stopped at one. I would like to make 140kg my working set now as it feels great.
Then I did
bench: my arm was giving me too much grief to do my working set of 85kg so I did
20kg x10 40kg x10 60kg x10 80kg x2 (failure) 60kg 3x10
I tried deadlifts, I got up to 180kg and barely made 1 rep. My arm definately needed rest (was giving way in the grip) so I deloaded to 160kg and did 1 set of 5 reps. I had probably burnt out a good hour at the gym between sets walking around stretching my arm so my pre-wo-supp was probably wearing thin.
I gave up after the deads, thought there was no use pushing it.
I did some quick stretching and did my first carb backload of 90g maltodextrin and about 50g 1:1 carb/protein and bailed.
Really disappointed as I was looking forward to destroying a 190kg deadlift today but not gonna happen. Worse case I might have to take a few days off??

Damn Indica what happened to your shoulder...???
I have a good friend who was doing a dumbell shoulder press I believe and it got too heavy for him and instead of dropping the weight he kinda held on too long and totally fucked his shoulder up. I think it's a rotator cuff to be honest and you do NOT want to fuck with those cuz they will always fuck you back! Moral for this story is when in trouble ... ALWAYS just DROP the weight
I seriously hope its just a little minor injury that will heal soon and Yoga will be very good for it so that's awesome.
Time for breakfast gentleman today it will be ...
6 eggs (scrambled with diced leftover steak from last night) black coffee (probably a few cups) 2 pieces whole wheat toast
