Just eat as balanced and healthy as possible. I still eat fast food and junk pretty much daily. Off the Keto and IF for the time being because it was messing with my head. Just make sure you counteract the 'bad' foods with more exercise. AKA park further away at stores and walk. Take your dogs for a longer walk (if you have them). Take multiple walks a day. Do circuit training in the gym. Cardio after weights, lift heavy and hard. Or do light weights insane reps like 30 reps a set.. you gotta do stuff to 'shock' the body. Muscle confusion is real, and its how you progress. Or if you are already working out a ton try weights only 2-3 days a week. If you are used to doing kettleballs switch to barbells / dumbells for awhile.. anything you do different to your body will give great results. Muscles are dumb and easily confused. This is all if you have the time... but even people with full time jobs have the time to dedicate at least 30 min - 1 hour a day 3-7 days a week to fitness. How much effort you put in (the results you'll get back) is up to the individual.

kettlebell snatches will ravage your shoulders if you so desire. snatch 'em! sets of 6/7 per side (how ever many you can squeeze into 15 seconds). 15 second rests inbetween.
promise you'll be wrecked

Are you kidding me? Kettlebells are a crazy workout even with one pood. Unless you're some kind of super monster you should be able to get a pretty damned good workout in with that.

It's cardio that's it. Maybe if I had more than a 35 lber it might not be.

Nice lift bro.
Where do you lower the bar to on your body when benching? I've heard to the sternum, just above the nipple, and just below.

Thnx bro. Depends where your nipples are I guess. I tend to bench to the dip between lower pec and upper ab, sometimes to upper ab, but this is trickier to get right, for me. If you're benching for powerlifting, you really just need to try out various forms, see which works best for you. If you're benching for bodybuilding, I herd that just brushing the bar against your nipples really activates the inner upper pectorial miners, giving your chest a much fuller, denser look.

"still not hitting depth "
Lol, the depth looks good to me, any lower and you'd get that "butt wink" if your hip mobility is subpar.
200 kg = around 440 lbs? noicee. Still waiting on a deadlift video now that i've seen the bench and squat

not good enough for a powerlifting meet.

yeah, I reckon my hip mobility isn't that good, that and I'm squatting with a wider stance than usual.

looking at that vid again, I should have been a bit closer to the bar, see how it swings back when it comes off the floor? it's an ongoing process....

Nice lifts champion, is your bodyweight going up or just getting stronger as time goes on?
I havn't been maxing out lately, but have been hitting the weights less , 2-3 times a week max, using less weight even but getting a tighter 'stretch/feel' and have been getting some realllly good gains.. I may have been over training the past year or so. Shoulders have also really been helped out a ton by increasing my OHP'sing.

bit of both. strength goes up when BW goes up, strength goes down when BW goes down, but not down as much as it went up. 5 steps forward, 4 steps back kind of progression, as far as strength goes. by the time I'm 50 I'll be a fucking beast!!
