check out sci-fit products... There was a sci-fit scandal or something a while back. I use their time released bcaa-lyn and glua-lyn and the shit is awesome. Ive tried glutamine/bcaa powders and I never really thought thtat they were doing anything. but the time release formula that sci-fit has is amazing...
I even used to take the bcaa's when my veins would get fucked up and 2 days later they were all better, not to much scar tissue or anything.

The stuff is good and cheap from there, but yeah... read up on them, and all that junk before ordering.

Nice, I've got a couple products, and am digging it. Sore and tight are my only complaints, but after as long as it's been, it's part of the game.

Well if you're tight, you need to stretch more. You can only do so much with soreness but you can definitely alleviate the tight feeling by stretching before and after (and even again, after that). You should be pretty loose when you aren't exercising.

It's been a while since I've used one, but I do have soccer balls that'd work just as well lol. I think half my soreness is realizing I'm now a hatchet wound (pussy) when it comes to lifting what I could. Gotta get big before my trip. In 4 days I put on 4#, really hoping that's not a linear graph cuz by then end of this month I'll break 280, unless of course it was solid muscle . These full body workouts blow balls but the progress is awesome. After my trip I'm gonna start on the smolov again with a buddy, that should make it easier.

Been going pretty hard all summer and its showing...tho i started to slack off on the cardio a bit I guess I was bulking up a bit...but damn u start slackin and pretty soon u gaining all kinds of belly fat. I find like once I get into the mode of cardio I can keep it going but if I start to slack off on it its easy to just stop all together. Luckily I've been keepin the lifting going continuously.

I pushed it a little too hard the last time I was there......had to take a few days off. I'm going back today though.
Anyone here ever take Pink Magic? I bought some on a whim, after it was recommended to me by someone at the gym I work out at. I never expect massive gains off of supplements.....just a little boost. I did some reading after I bought it ( ) and the reviews are mixed at best.

@DS-pink magic sucks. I have a buddy who tried it, no real results to speak of that whre greater than without the stuff. D-aspartic acid is a great test booster. I think somewhere in the 3grams a day range is where it celings. Check it out.
After a 2 weeks of d-aa I started seeing massive gains in my full body lifts, and overall size too. I started the cycle with 14.5inch biceps, ended with 15. y i And I very rarely do any isolated bicep work

This is not the first time I blew money on a supplement without really looking into it first. You think I would've learned by now.
I'll have to look into d-aspartic acid.

Best test booster I've ever used period was HCGenerate which comes from probably the most honest supplement company I've used, kind of expensive for a little over a months supply, but you get what you pay for I guess.

Just got back from another hard sesh but ended up fuckin my neck up doing two plates and a quarter each side on shoulder press. A guy was pushin 3 plates bench press like nothing for reps with his feet in the air. There's a bunch of pretty big guys at that gym so it wasn't that out of the ordinary. Wish I got it on camera so I could show ya'll tho. Keep liftin brothers

nice dude, no they weren't paused if I remember right. He was getting around ten reps though, but either way sick lifts.
CDC do you ever hit your back? Just wondering if you do because I know you do a lot of front upper body, and it would help you out if you don't already hit it.

meams said: I'm now officially incorporating deadlfts into my workout regiment.
OK so me purchasing a barbell has totally opened up the realm of possibilities. In the past I've stuck to kettlebells and body weight exercises. It's kept me from getting fat at desk jobs, which is great, but i'm moving on for a while.
This barbell now lets me do fun things. I've adopted the following workout regiment. Alternating A/B days, with one day of rest between.
It's been nice so far. I'm still trying to get form down and slowly add weight to see where I'm at in terms of what I can lift. The numbers are pretty embarassing - so i won't show them - but here's the workout.
A: -Squat -Floor Press (I dont have room for a bench) -Bent Over Row (sp?) -Romanian Deadlifts -Abs of choice
B: -Deadlift -Military Press -Close Grip Floor press -barbell curls -calfs
fun, i suppose. its nice to have a good, strenous workout, and not feel like i'm having a heart attack (cough, kettlebells, cough). KBs are great but the cardio is so intensive it makes me feel like my chest is going to explode

I deadlift on occasion.
like once a week. or are you talking about rows and pullups? I don't do those, due to anything involving biceps to any extent fucks my shoulder shit up. which is why I'll never be a bodybuilder.
