Dosage information isn't recommended on these forums. But I've heard smurfs enjoy using 3 Grams of Syrian Rue and 8-10 grams of Mimosa. They blast off into hyperspace pretty quick apparently.
Heres a recipe that I've enjoyed mulling over.
"I usually take the 3 grams of Rue (Ground Up) and boil it in 4-ish cups of water for 45 mins, then reduce it to a shot glass size amount. Then take the Mimosa, and boil 10-12 grams in about 6 cups of water for 45 mins, strain out the solids (Save the liquid), and put the solids in another pot and boil it down again for another 45 mins. Once that time is up, strain it out again and add the two pans of liquid into the first pot, and reduce it. Do the boil/strain process once more, and then reduce all of the "Pulls" in one pot to a shot glass size amount again. I'd suggest adding a tablespoon of lemon juice/citric acid to both the rue and the mimosa boils, it aids in the release of the alkaloids.
Then once you have both, let them sit in the fridge overnight so that the tannins and sediment settles. Then drink the rue 30 minutes before the Mimosa, and put on some nice music and prepare for a wild ride ^_^."

It's always best to go lower than higher, so I'd suggest 2.5g of Rue and all 8 grams of the mimosa. That way you have enough Rue for another adventure if you buy more mimosa. Make sure to do a helluva lot of research before you partake in a journey such as this.

You can just chew up the Rue. That skips a bit of boiling. (Usually more stomach discomfort though)
Mimosa:
Put into pot with water and boil.
After 1 hour boiling strain out the solids
Save liquid in another pot
Reboil the solids for another hour
Strain out solids again
Keep both pots of liquid, toss solids out
Boil liquids until there isn't much left.
Drink ^_^
Only takes 2 hours, and is a bit easier to read =D.
