Okay, so I've noticed specifically when I eat certain kinds of foods (and It's been a challenge to pinpoint which ones- as I seem to have many food intolerance, and they tend to have various and similar side effects..) i get this odd pulsing sensation through my entire body. It originates sort of in my center- chest/stomach, and pulses outwards.. For example, I just ate ichiban about an hour ago and it's happening.. (typically it can happen even sooner)-this time is pretty mild..
I can also tell when I am laying down going to sleep, and this is happening- It actually has a sound.. Just sort of like a crunch- and oddly enough, it also creates a flash of light in my vision (eyes closed, dark in the room..)- it can keep me up for hours sometimes, and is just very annoying in general (not painful, but painfully annoying) so I've been getting very selective on my diet, and watching closely for when it happens.. Reading labels, etc, etc..
Strangely enough I cant determine what kinds of foods cause this exactly.. I would gues some kind of wheat, but wheat in some breads that I eat, doesnt do it.. I originally thought it was Dairy (dairy also gives me weird sensation, I get small muscle twitching in my knees, and legs, and arms, and joint pain in my wrists, and knees and even muscle pain too.. store bought Mayonnaise i've noticed, does this to me as well- Yet there is no dairy in it X.x so I am confused to say the least..) cause the effects I get from it are sometimes similar..
Anyone heard or experienced anything like this before? I am aware there is a build up of undigested food throughout the digestive tract, (in the past I have really fucked with my eating habits) and sometimes when I dont eat the suspected foods, i do get small twitches or pulses of the same effect, but it is short lived, and I've concluded it was something that was undigested that was suddenly being digested.. (often if I dont eat for a while, or just have lots of liquids during a day..)
The only thing that I am tending towards (and have basically accepted) is that I have a massive Systemic Candida Overgrowth issue in my guts.. When I was a child, i drank a whole bottle of banana penicillin, and ever since then believe I really fucked up the good-to-bad bacteria ratios in my intestines.. And believe this is a part of the culprit, if not the culprit itself..
I have almost always had digestive issues, as long as I can remember.. And I used to be intolerant to some kind of sugar in dairy (my doctor said it wasnt specifically lactose..) and got desensitized when I was little (they put some kinda drops on my tongue, which allowed me to eat dairy without issue - or at least without symptoms.. idono exactly how it works) eventually this faded away.. But this twitching/pulsing effects have only been happening for maybe 4 years now.. And it didnt start this intense, it was mild, and only a little.. Now if I eat the smallest bit of food that causes it, it can go on for quite a while, and sometimes feel really powerful..
it's almost like getting a really intense jolt of adrenaline, but right before it actually follows through, it disapears.. Or like I get a quick flash of disorientation/headrush/lightheadedness.. (but as said, through my whole body)..
Uhg.. it really doesnt feel good >.>
Anyone? Doctors don't seem to know, the naturopath said just to change my diet.. (didnt give me a cause)..so what is going on here? X.x

Pretty good, I'm a big guy, 6'3 and 220lbs, and very water-reflected metaphysically speaking.. So I have to keep my levels up.. I can feel the effects of shallow breathing, and lack of hydration pretty easily these days as well.. I piss alot though O.o water just goes right through me.
I wouldnt say I always drink 10 tall glasses of water, but I eat soup daily- Literally.. and have been going vegetarian the last few weeks...
like the ichiban gave me the pulses, but I just ate some pasta and tomatoes, and there's nothing X.x
