Hey wassup shroomery.



Found a new spot today in Hutt Valley, found a lot of whats in the pic but they are not staining blue.

What do you guys think?

That is probably Psilocybe subaeruginosa.


Please post a pic that is in focus, with good lighting.


Also it would be a great idea to wait until they are fully mature before picking - Those would have grown a lot larger.


If you are going to pull the mushrooms right out of the ground like that make sure you plant the stem bases in fresh wood chips.

there is blue bruising on the cap of the second shroom from the left.
