I feel like sometimes lately im just going f-ing crazy in my head.
Theres definetelt is a highly good chance my enviornment plays a role, but im not too worried about that cause i have some things going on that i could very well be on my way to financial independence in the near future if shitworks out.
Just wondering though, how do you deal with chaos and uncertainty?
Also i do listen to a lot of music when i drive. I feel like when im driving to do something and blasting music i am at my best sometimes.

I know exactly what you mean about riding in the car, listening to good music. I can be having the shittiest day ever, I'm driving and something comes on the radio and suddenly, for a few moments I get all tingly and feel like I'm on the verge of figuring out life's great mystery. If I try to hard to go with this feeling it disappates but its got me through some rough times.
I also doubt my own sanity at times. I find doing simple, relaxing things helps. I like my manual labor job in this respect and also gardening, jumping rope, playing music, talking with friends. It is not as easy as it sounds, I know, but finding these things are part of discovering who you are, and I don't think people pay enough attention to this sort of stuff. Try to have some things you can do, rich or poor, to make life worthwhile and you won't have to stress over money so much.

Meditation works for many. I'm not particularly good at it... it usually puts me to sleep.
Music and moderate alcohol/drugs work too.

The stress vulnerability model helps me make sense of internal chaos when it's going on...
http://sydney.edu.au/bmri/docs/stress_vulnerability_model.pdf
I respond to hard times by reducing/removing stressors where I can, prioritising things, putting my head and my health first (because without them, doing much else is even more difficult), rest/pamper myself, show myself some love, realise it's just a phase and will eventually change (peaks and troughs of experience), take small steps in a constructive direction, focus on one thing at a time, seek help from others, do some healthy things for yourself...
If you've got school/work/other commitments, talk to a coordinator/boss/other about getting time off to get better. People are pretty understanding if you're honest with them and accept responsibility for getting better. Maybe think about going to a doctor, get medical assessment to ensure that it's not something health related influencing the mental chaos.
Take care and all the best.

try walking meditation or sitting in a chair while doing it. you should give it a try because it's probably the best thing for shutting up a worried mind. as you keep practicing it you see it's not the chaos itself that's the problem, but your fighting it and lack of acceptance. it's kind of like a bad trip where you start to let go and go with the flow and things start to get better.

Walking meditation is greaaaaaaaat, but I have few decent locations for it. I would like to second this advice, though.

Like others have stated, mediation is phenomenal for not only relieving the stress of the stressors but also dealing with them so that you are able to understand what it is that is stressing you out in the first place. IMO it all starts with you so it all has to end with you; by quieting down your mind and listening to yourself you are able to understand what's going on a bit better.
Like others have said as well drugs help but they just mask the problem, sleep is always good but like drugs it just masks the issues, and exercise is also another great thing for masking the issue and making it all better here and now.
I would preach to just listen and try and understand what is bothering you and then make the change in your life to try and fix the cause. Just my two cents though.

Actually, who are you not to be? We were born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us all. And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same.
