tupac was hired by the 'music industry' in general to get killed, no bullets hitting suge knight at all. not blood or crip relatedc
its a shame the government has to end these peoples lives that really transformed hip hop/rap. the truth has spoken

wow. i missed the total point of my post.
got hella stoned and barred out and forgot my train of thought and just posted it my B
i meant that the government or music industry didnt want this to turn into what rap/hip hop should be and will lead onto in a future generation. thug life/thuggish ruggish shit.. IMAGINE 2pac/biggie music in our kids ears instead of nicki minaj/lil wayne, omfgggg!
like look at bone thugs and harmony present day, they aren't on the radio because they SAY REAL SHIT and real conflicts that go down.
BUT NO
during the 90's it was okay ???
anyone see where i'm coming from?

i wouldn't really say lil wayne is a role model either though.
also alot of the rap/hip hop stuff that got released was more toned down, and alot of the crazier or more provocative songs were left on the albums and not played on the radio/tv etc.
and rap/hip hop was just one section of music that people listened to. not everyone listened to rap/hip hop, there was tonnes of stuff going on with rock/metal/techno during that period too, that any number of people growin up in that era could have been listening to.

see, i was just coming outta the womb in the late late 198-'s, so i wouldn't know how the radio & free press felt about free speech (via rap)
i would definitely have to agree with you, hip hop/rap was only a small portion of the music industry at that time, and of course many other problems arose on their end as well.
i watched 3 tupac documentaries yesterday on currenttv yesterday lol i was super confused and posed the question to my fellow, shroomerites

tupac wasn't the only prophet. and it seems prophets die young. pac, hicks, jfk, king jr, marely, etc. some live on to old age.

idk if you're serious but...no
tupac probably had a LOT of enemies, as did Biggie...it's no surprise they were both killed, look at the content of their music!!
the mystery lies in the fact that there were no investigations into their murders...why?

Tupac was a born leader. i mean that guy had america in the palm of his hands. he was just such a charismatic person. Not to sound stupid, but i always wonder waht things would be like if Tupac lived, where he would have gone on to, what he would have done, and also, what rap would have been like today if he was still around.
Tupac was a blood, biggie a crip. Tupac was killed by Suge Knight who is a high ranking blood member. He owns the lable ' death row records '. thats everything deathrow is always in red, because they're bloods.
Anyway Suge owed tupac millions of dollars in sales revenue, because Tupac was the star of his label and made it famous. But Suge was a tight arse and didn't want to pay out the money, or not all of it. so he arranged for a hit to be made on Tupac in Las Vegas, the night of that big fight.
There are a few theories floating around as to how Biggie died, some say it was the NYPD who organised to kill him. There was some police officer who said he had proof of it and resigned from the NYPD and the force due to him discovering this and being told to 'leave it alone' or 'bury it'.
Other theories on Biggie's death were that it was a retaliation by bloods as revenge for Tupac's killing.
These guys were both people who had a great affinity from their respective clans, because after Tupac died, there was a wave of gang related murders between the bloods and crips. like atleast 20 people died or something. So obviously people felt strongly about what happened.
