ground limestone with a 60/40 casing?

i had added about ten percent ground limestone to my casing. i put 1 teaspoon pickling lime, 1 cup ground limestone, 6 cups verm, and 4 cups coir. do you think this casing has too high of a ph. my tester sucks, so i cant really tell.

Man that's a lot of lime, but I don't know for certain that it's too much.  That's why i use jiffy mix 50/50 (vermiculite/peat moss) seed starter, it comes with lime that's Ph balanced for the mix.  I know it's a sin but you can get it at walmart, it's in season.

oh average i guess. im trying to save up for a flow hood so i can isolate.

you don't need a flow hood to isolate, a glove box is fine.
