my corn isn't colonizing, could really use some help

i first let the plain dry corn kernels soak in water/some coffee/dissolved gypsum for about 24 hours. i then boiled this mix for about 15 min. after that i sifted the liquid away and blow-dried them until they were dry to the touch. then i loaded the corn into mason jars and there was visible condensation on the insides of the jars once i closed the lids (proving to me they were still moist).
then i pressure cooked them for a little over 90 min. then i allowed them to cool inside the pressure cooker which i placed in my fridge for a day or so. i inoculated them at about fridge temp. i inoculated 1mL into each quart jar.
its been over two weeks now and only one jar is showing any signs of colonization, and its very little, like the size of my thumbnail. i dont see what the problem is, my room and my closest hovers around the temp of 78 degrees F. the syringe was a mazatapec strain from spores101.com...they seem very legit but has anyone else had problems with their syringes?
i dont know what to do. its summertime and id love some homegrown but this is becoming painful. is there any method rather similar to this one that anyone can recommend if it is assumed that i need to start over? any responses are greatly appreciated. thank you in advance and journey well.

Well get some wild bird seed and toss the unused corn (or pop it) for one. Or find rye, even better.
Sometimes syringes are contaminated, or just not that viable anymore. It happens from all vendors. I always buy a variety pack just to be sure. If you have any left, try on rye or WBS. Leave the jars you did for another week, then toss any with no growth. If they start to grow let them grow out a little, then shake. If you get one jar that 100% colonizes out of it, you can G2G transfer to more and then you dont need to worry about getting more spores to germinate yet.

Spores to whole corn works terrible.
