2 liter terrarium

So I've read that using a paper towel in the bottom is inviting contams, so would it be better to use verm? I don't have any perlite, and haven't found anywhere to get it where I live now.

What do you guys suggest?

Yeah, I can get it online, I just need something to use atm.

I completely forgot about perlite  and I'm just taking my cakes out of the dunk now..

I'm also out of paper towels, and everywhere's closed. Fuck.

I'm gonna throw them on tin foil, and hope that the little bit of water at the bottom of the bottle from where I cleaned them is okay til tomorrow.

Help me out guys?

Stick your colonized jars in the fridge to slow their growth down. Get the supplies you need. Then take the jars out of the fridge and birth them (dunk and roll).

I didn't have any other options, so I just stuck 'em in there on some alum. foil, with a little bit of water under it, not touching the cake.

I've checked them, and fanned a few times today, and the humidity seemed alright, and the water has mostly evaped off the bottom.

I know this isn't the ideal method, but it's what I can work with.

I completely forgot to pick up a spray bottle, so I'm just gonna go scrub the shit out of a cleaning product bottle in a few minutes here.

It's a chilly 57 out right now, so I think I'm gonna cover them up. but it's supposed to be in the 70s for the next few days, hope they're alright.
