i have a mini patch of psilocybe subaeruginosa near my house i want to grow bigger so i have been making spore water from other bigger patches and watering the patch of wood chips near my house where the small patch psilocybe sub' are. will these spores in the water produce more mushrooms this season? or in a few years? will it help the patch in anyway at all?

Dumping spores is a great start, but it doesnt guarantee results.
Remember that those spores still need to germinate. Then after germination they need to take hold of a substrate and colonize it. It can take weeks to months for myc to fully colonize the substrate. After colonization it needs the proper natural conditions to induce fruiting.
So to answer your question, don't expect fruits right away. There is a small possibility that they can fruit this year, but that is totaly dependant on the weather and seasons in your area. And I have no idea what your area is or how quickly the seasons change.
hope this helps

ok thanks for that... but if there is already mushrooms there doesnt it mean that the myc has already fully colonized the substrate? or do spores make the myc? so it wont matter it the myc is there or not?

If the myc is already well established, I would suggest adding more clean substrate (woodchips) to act as food for the bed. Then you can bring the spore solution elsewhere to start more new beds!
Search around and find some of the outdoor woodlover teks, there has been some good posts in the last two years with all kinds of ideas to help start new patches.
