i found out a charizard still sells for around 90 on ebay..
im gonna keep my eyes open for pokemon cards at garage sales.. even if i drop a bill on a whole collection
No way? I have books full of holographics. I'm goin through them today. And I had a few rare yugioh cards I never sold. One being exodia negross which I had appraised at $120 like 5 years ago. I thought they were all worthless paper by now. But those charizards in their prime sold for hundreds. I remember this card shop by house had its windows busted out and was cleared of all the pokemon cards when I was like 7. They didn't touch the autographed baseballs or sports cards and shit.. just everything pokemon.
Later I'm taking pics of all my childhood shit. Dbz and pokemon, will make a pokemon thread if I have too. Dude thanks you just uncovered some me some money I didn't even know I had. Now back to... Dragon Ball Z (guitar riff)

pokemon card players keep it real. its like the tooty fairy mafia in south park.
haha we had fireballs too at our school, and these other ones called ' brains '. fireballs were the ones that would spin infinitely untill it ran out of momentum, so they were really good for tricks. but brains was like this super high tech uber yoyo that would spin for a while and automatically lift itself back up again. so if you had one of those you had to have really good timing or else it would start re-rolling back up mid-trick. it was like specialisation, and all the kids had different yoyo's for their different styles and shit. it was mad. my signature move was i could do unlimited ' loop de loops' where you like flick the yoyo out and swing it back around your hand and fling it out again. but i could fling the shit in any direction and mix in like 360 spins and shit.

brain yoyo:

Holy crap that does look awesome AND true to the original. True to the original is very important as the main reason to watch is nostalgia.

Man o man I loved this amine growing up it has introduced me to a lot of the stuff that I watch today. I believe this is one of the most iconic animes ever to be produced ranks right up there with akira, yu yu hakusho, and princess mononoke.

forum based DBZ role playing actually exists....
what about ten shin han or however you say that? he was bad ass, from the original dragon ball. I think the best character out of dragon ball. was completely evil, then turned completely good, and they did it with style in dragon ball. not like they did with vegeta. i mean he obliterated worlds then one day had a change of heart, the mysterious bad guy turned helper. for his own reasons. or some garbage.
anyway i liked him a lot.

If you're referring to mine that would be fan art for a little gem known as xenogears (old psx game).
