Habitat: Where does it grow. grass, I found this mushroom this morning in an area in my yard I recently reseeded.
Gills: Color- brown, not attached.
Stem: Length- 3 inches. texture- dry, solid, thick, twisted.

Cap: color- dark brown at margin lighter toward tip. texture, conical, convex.
 Spore print color: Very important!
Bruising: slightly redish.
I don't know if I pick it to soon for the gills to become black or it's just a pan. foe.
spore print. 6/3/11

This looks black to me but I would love to hear other shroomerites input.

This. The two meaty, fully spreading capped ones on top of the pile look like subbs to me. I think I even see some red bruising from that pic.

the first small mushroom that I picked had a black spore print. The ones that I took a picture with my phone are beat up from sitting in my car for a couple of days. I am attempting to get a print off the them but I don't know if they will turn out.

Psilocybin mushrooms of the world say the pan foes are inactive to slightly active. I was thinking about making tea with the foes and the cinc. Do you think that this might be a bad idea?

Yes, they're inactive and you don't want to be using up space in the solution by dissolving pointless chemicals.

The picture of the print is on the top of the page. It looks black to me not sharpie black but it is more black then any other color. maybe I picked it before the gills had a chance to become darker.
