Why do mother fuckers abuse animals? Its so fucking sad. You have all seen those Sarah Mcglocklin(however the fuck u spell her last name) commercials for the American Humane Society. They are a total buzz kill and I hate the commercials but that shit is really happening. Its just totally fucking disgusting what some people do. I can't stand it. Thats my rant. The day that I'm not a broke ass college student, and I have enough money to support myself I'm gonna donate like 10,000 dollars. If I win the lottery I'm donating a fucking million. Fuck everyone who is cruel to animals, they can burn in hell.

Just make sure you don't ever donate money to organizations like PETA.

you don't have to wait to become rich to help. Just a few bucks can get a bag of food to feed some little bastard dogs. Talking about shelter pets with people can help steer them to the shelters. My little turd shitzu I got third hand. She was un-controllable and nuts but some hard core training had her not even pulling on the lead anymore and following orders like a good little marine.

it sort of is but there are so many humans on the earth if food was treated nice it would kill people.Getting food other ways then the mass market super cruel ways can be done without breaking the bank. I prefer to get amish raised chickens that at least ran around in a field and shit. They are not even much more considering they are fucking huge and meaty. The place that slaughters stuff by my moms in wisconsin has all sorts of good eats like beef that was raise in a field eating grass and fertilizing its own grass with just mild grain feedings. If you pitch in with a couple people you get a ton of good meat for a decent price.

I am all for animal testing but some of it is pretty cruel like strapping them to tables and drenching their little eyeballs in shampoo for hours on end. We pretty much know what safe and such by now and it could be toned down but really a sharing of info for safety reasons could cut down on testing. Each lab can post results up in case any chem they where even thinking of using made monkeys grow extra asses or something. That would prevent another company later from making more monkeys have to go through the process of extra ass growing.

Got a pub thread on some guy I laid the fuck out for frog killing. Still a day I look back on and feel all warm and fuzzy inside. Animal abuse is sick. What gets me more then anything is when endangered animals get poached. If I win the lottery ill buy an animal preserve in africa and poach poachers. With a fucking bazooka.

I haven't seen them but still take the occasional walk around that culdesac. And haven't seen a dead animal since. I think when I shouted I was karma that had to have some psychological implements strong enough to make them really think on it. Though I fully believe in karma personally.

Adopt a pet at your local shelter, if you have the means to. I like to take one that is not likely to be adopted. It's not doing much, but at least you made a difference for one.

There are companies which are against animal testing.
Buy from them and boycott the ones who aren't if this is something that you think that should be changed.

I would like to open up a place for abandoned animals, since ridiculously there isn't any where I live.
Also I'd like to do something in order to change the laws for animals since at least in my country animals are legally viewed as objects.

Here it is in all its horror. Apocalyptica's classical version of Metallica's The Unforgiven is powerless to make it anymore palatable, but better that than hearing the animals undergo it. The music's a nice service, put it real loud and you almost can't hear yourself cry

Elaborate on being cruel to animals.

Are we talking about raising and eating cattle or chickens? Or do you mean somebody throwing a rock at a dog?

I agree with you. Abusing animals is sick. And if you think eating meat is not animal abuse, you are in denial, so please anyone posting about animal cruelty, dont be chowing down on a steak or else you are obviously a hypocrite.

Also, dont wait until you are "rich" to donate money. I used to use the same bullshit excuse, I too am a Broke ass student, and yet when you really look at it most of us are paying hundreds of dollars for drugs, alcohol, luxury items and other unnecessary things. We can all spare some cash, however little, and it feels good to get the ball rolling.

Also, even the broke can volunteer their time to help a cause.

wouldn't you say most people who are cruel to animals at some point in their lives learn their lesson eventually? i mean maybe not, i'd think the guilt and realization of what they did would ultimately get to them, but i guess some people really work hard at having no soul

IMO animal cruelty should be treated like crimes on children. Serious jail time for abusers.

It takes a heartless coward to abuse an animal who can't or won't fight back. People who abuse animals can rot in hell for all I care, they deserve it.

not to turn this into another veg*n/omnivore debate, but I find it hypocritical that when people talk about animal cruelty, they're usually just talking about either the cute ones or the ones that have endeared themselves to humans. what makes a cow, pig, or chicken less deserving of being treated with dignity than a dog or a cat?

apparently one other reason for clubbing baby seals is that they're culling the population to increase the population of fish or something, but it's totally barbaric and the people I've seen in videos doing that shit seem to have a zeal for killing these little creatures that could only come from somebody that enjoys his job. so I don't think the idea that they're doing it for sport is too far off the mark.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Seal_hunting#As_a_culling_method
Quote:

In March 2005, Greenpeace asked the DFO to "dispel the myth that seals are hampering the recovery of cod stocks." In doing so, they implied the seal hunt is, at least in part, a cull designed to increase cod stocks. Cod fishing has traditionally been a key part of the Atlantic fishery, and an important part of the economy of Newfoundland and Labrador. Fisheries and Oceans Canada responded there is no connection between the annual seal harvest and the cod fishery, and that the seal hunt is "established on sound conservation principles."

If I was there, no one would club a seal. Id be clubbing people. Or tranquilizing people, and putting them on an ice berg to float away into their doom. Let the polar bears maul them for all I care.

Ive decided. I will make a documentary of me fucking up animal killers/abusers.

Each lab can post results up in case any chem they where even thinking of using made monkeys grow extra asses or something. That would prevent another company later from making more monkeys have to go through the process of extra ass growing.

fish farming with aquaponics can been done cleanly without monstrous environmental damage. Backyard set ups can produce wonderful veggies plus fresh tasty fish year round in most areas. Vegetarian fish can eat excess produce or unsellable ones plus kitchen waste can be used to grow fly larva that the fish love to eat. Parts can be scavenged up mostly for free and if you are in a cold area you might need a little greenhouse and ghetto tek up some way to heat it at night plus add some lights. Water quality can be maintained with a good set of growbeds so the fish don't taste like poo but an extra de-pooing tank of the clean w

I agree, I thought it was interesting Japan's Prime Minister said they were owned by the Tsunami as karma for their greed of the ocean. Supposedly a few days after the Tsunami they ended whaling for all purposes. Very superstitious culture, and thats good. Because If it was America we would have up'd our whale hunting and consumption(assuming America was a fish dependent island like Japan)

Asia's just really bad in general about that stuff especially China. Eating Tiger dicks as herbal viagra's and shit, or shark finning. Makes me so frustrated.

Wiccan seeker that video is sick... I'm so upset and disappointed on the human race. If we were omnivores that video would have looked tasty. Instead what do we do with the meat? We cut it in small chunks, cooked it...we make it as if is not part of an animal. Why not factory farm slaughter aren't shown on those fancy LCD at McDonald's? It is our food..why do we choose to look away? Why the slaughter houses are so hidden away?  Why don't you choose to visit with your family? Why do we feel compassion for animals? Why don't we have claws, why don't we have sharp teeth made for cutting meat? Why do our intestine is so long like all the herbivores? Why do meat tastes bad raw and fruits and vegetables taste good, no need to hide real taste with flavoring, seasoning, cooking? Why hospitals are full with us? Why are pharmacies at every corner of the street?

If you ask for the source, I don't have it, research if you wish so or dismiss it if you can. And, in my opinion, the key evidence is ATHEROSCLEROSIS, no carnivore or omnivore can get this disease, only herbivores do, if they eat a high animal protein diet. Omnivores can be saturated with fat and cholesterol, and arteriosclerosis does not develop.

And it is not even about killing, it is about enslaving other creatures, to live in cages and misery, to repress them any natural instinct for our own selfish benefit. And we kill ourselves this way.

I'm vegan for one and half years...mostly eating raw fruits and vegetables...I don't know how to begin to describe my level of deep rooted happiness. I have lost any desire for any drug, legal or illegal...I haven't been sick, not even once. I'm fitted like never in my life. I'm in perfect health condition.

The main reason vegan attempts are doomed to fail is because people don't know how to eat...I'm just going to give you an example of what I eat today: Morning: 6-7 Bananas. Lunch: One big banana smoothie with kiwi.(1.5L) Grapes. Dinner: 1-2 Lettuce Heads. 1L Orange juice...just great.

There are fish that aren't endangered ya know!!!

http://www.montereybayaquarium.org/cr/cr_seafoodwatch/download.aspx

Unfortunately many of them aren't on the East Coast, where I'm at.

Mostly you'd have to eat more expensive (transport costs) and more oily/strong fishy tasting fish like herring, mackerel, and halibut.  On the plus side these fish are usually better for you.
