Saving contaminated PFK bag? (pic)

I'm very much a newbie at this fun hobby. After many trials, my first cake is growing some little babies right now! Yeah!
However, my biggest PFK (in a bag) is potentially contaminated
This bag was inoculated 30 days ago. It was colonizing nicely until about a week ago. I noticed an orange/pink color on the top of this cake. Although, I don't see anything on this site that looks like it, I think it is contamination.. To be on the safe side, I've isolated it into the refrigerator and I'm going to try to save it (This bag equals FOUR 16 oz jars!).
ANTICIPATED PROCEDURE:
- Prepare 10% H2O2 solution in BIG clear plastic bag(Bag A).
- Place a sealed Ziploc bag filled with 10% H2O2(Bag B) into Bag A.
- Keeping top of bag closed (with assistance), cut off top of PFK bag. Place PFK bag into Bag A (make sure top stays closed).
- Close and tie Bag A securely.
- Take out cake from PFK bag.
- Squish the cake around in the solution in the H2O2 solution.
- Separate potential contaminated cake from the rest.
- Place non-contaminated cake into Bag B.
- Squish the cake around a bit more.
- Remove Bag B from Bag A, careful to minimize exposure of contaminants onto clothes and into room.
- Spray Bag B down with bleach.
- Place Bag B into refrigerator.
- Seal and safely dispose Bag A.
- Take a shower and wear clean clothes.
- Prepare Bag B to case.
- I've chosen to case instead of fruit this PFK because I think that it will provide me with additional opportunities to see if my attempt to save it was successful.
I know some of you seasoned veterans may think I shouldn't bother, but I've worked SO HARD to get to this stage and I just don't want to throw it all away
The pic is of the contaminated PFK.
Any suggestions or additional information on the potential contaminant and my procedure would be most appreciated.

I have just cased the contaminated cake after thoroughly washing it in H2O2. I'm concern that there may be continuing contamination because the cake was not fully colonized.
I purchase this substrate and I noticed the mix has Perlite in it as well as vermiculite. I haven't read anything about this. Does anyone know why this company would use Perlite versus just adding more vermiculite?

If it's green you should have tossed it outdoors into a manure bed. Simply get a bag of manure and mix the contaminated cake into that in the soil.
Perlite is sometimes added to casing mixes. It holds lots of air, so causes air pockets within the casing layer, which helps primordia formation. RR

Thank you, Roger. I'll do that as soon as I get over the fact that poo is the best medium for growing the mushies. I'm a girl and so my gross-a-meter is very sensitive
I live in an apartment. Should I make a permanent place for all the contam cakes on the balcony? If yes, how should I make it?
Btw...the mycelium I saved is growing in a casing of 3.5% lime concentration. So, I'm letting it grow to see what happens.

Ok...I've learned a lot about shrooming since I posted this thread. I've also accepted that poo is just like dirt when dried up and I am fully appreciative of the fact that the benefit far outweighs the cost of playing with pooe (I've also learned that cows may be the dumbest creatures alive.).
I was able to fruit a few flushes from the cake saved.
RR- I've mixed contaminated cakes in a poo and potting soil mix in a trough on my patio. Should I have mixed cakes in 100% poo? What is the probability of me carrying contams from the patio into my home and into my clean room? My fellow scholar says that contams are everywhere and that I'm being overly cautious. What say you, RR?
