Bought a spore syringe of some sort of mushroom strain from ebay for just a fiver. Awesome value, and so far so good it seems. No signs of contaims.

Found these Bonne Maman style jars which I think are ok? Works out just a touch over £1 per jar (£20.50 for 20 jars), which is Definitely cheaper than jamjarshop 12 for £17.65 (£1.47 each)

I've used plastic jars from one of the pound shops a few times and had good results - 10 for a quid so I just throw them out after using them. You can make the holes in the lid with a belt hole tool - takes a few seconds. The lids seem a bit insecure but I've not had any contaminated.

Not really....could be an issue if you regularly get a weird slightly orange contam though I suppose!

Those look pretty good to me. I can't recall where I got my 1000ml Kilner jars from but they were well under £2 each, the info is probably buried in this thread somewhere. If anyone is interested I'll search through my email inbox and find out, I was buying 24 at a time I think.
Good to see some new faces popping up in this thread, anyone seen or heard from Base Icks recently? I haven't been online too much and miss seeing him post, we all owe that guy a lot of thanks for all his hard working making these UK threads happen.
Going to start a couple of grows in the next week or two, will post anything relevant I find supply-wise, not sure I actually need anything as I have boxes of equipment from previous endeavours, always nice to buy shiny new kit though.
