Where can I buy WBS with no cracked corn?
Do you remove the sunflower seeds?
Does anyone use oats and why?

I switched to oats from wbs, because there was too much shit in it. The stuff I was getting was from home bargains, like £3.99 for 12kg. It works fine but theres corn, sunflower seeds and suet in it.
I've tried it with everything left in and I've picked it all out and theres no difference. It didn't clump up from the corn and the sunflower can be skimmed off easy enough when soaking, I've even left the suet in and it's not caused any real problem.
I made a control jar at the beginning of October and it's still sitting with no contams. oats are all the same size though and it's easier to hydrate, I found a feed shop that sells it at £11.00 for 25kg. I still have a bag of WBS though which I'll probably use up after this bag of oats is finished

I'm in the north of Ireland dude, and it's a local shop not a chain. If you Google farm feed stores in your area you should be able to find one though.

Yeah, that's what you want, whole oats. Don't get crushed or rolled or anything else, they'll turn to porridge.

Onlinemrmazdarx9 that looks good, was that from syringe MS? Only ever done a monotub with WBS but interested that everyone seems to be going with Whole Oats.
MS syringe to agar to oats. Whole oats are very simple prep less than 30 mins to prep then into pc. Boil water pour in oats check oats after 10 mins by removing one if its still hard keep going checking an oat every few mins if its soft then drain water put in jars and pc no drying time, i pour into a sieve shake and jar. If you see any burst grains then this means your most likely done boiling too.
Can you show me what brand oats you buy?
This is the exact brand i use, you can get them cheaper. Think i paid 15 quid last time. https://rover.ebay.com/rover/0/0/0?mpre=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.ebay.co.uk%2Fulk%2Fitm%2F232942162853

Also from the north
Its a small world Bumholio
Its usually the other way round because in these parts we don't have some of the big stores like wilko, morrisons etc and are only now getting the likes of the range etc.
