Maybe an Agrocybe species?
Definitely no psichobin.

There is no hard and fast method. You just need to learn what all the ones that do contain it, that grow in your area, look like. If you know that and also what time of year they grow and what habitat, then you can rule out the other mushrooms you find.

In that case, you might find Panaeolus cinctulus on grass at this time of year -- I suggest you learn what it looks like.
In autumn and winter, Psilocybe cyanescens on wood chips and maybe Psilocybe semilanceata on fields containing sheep - but not on the dung itself!

It's not Panaeolus cinctulus, therefore it's not active.

Read the advice I gave you and seriously consider taking it on board. You go out tomorrow and yank a load of random mushrooms out of the ground and you're pretty much guaranteed the same result.
You wanna learn all you can about Panaeolus cinctulus before you go out hunting again.

Agrocybe praeocox.
and listen to elprawns advice. there is only a few active species so it pays to just learn what they are first before heading out. a little homework goes a looooong way!
