No wonder they never ruled it was unconstitutional to require a permit.
They were waiting for your input.

We do have input.
At the ballot box.

They are for all. Government included.

They are for the law. They rule against the Government when they think that's the correct thing to do.
You simply don't like some of the decisions. That doesn't mean they are for or against anyone.
Hyperbole much?

Actually, a lot of presidents have won the popular vote but lost the electoral vote... We have little input as far as the ballot box goes.
The electoral college makes the final decision who the president will be.. not the people.

Which is how it should be. The electoral college is far better for a Republic.
We don't just vote for President though. We also vote for our representatives.

I wonder if he has heard of the concept of "The tyranny of the majority"?
It's funny because the electoral college system is actually preferable to a plurality based voting system because minority groups like this site can actually have some modicum of voting power.

can you guess who elects the electoral college... we do, many states have it written in their laws/constitution that the electoral college has to follow the vote of the people, some do not. regardless of how you look at it, we still elect the president

Enforcing permits for protesting is illegal.
