Just checking. Ok, it's on my porch, not in direct light.. We've been over 90 all this week, should be fine.
It's fat with water now, so I know I can easily leave it a month or more without worries, and probably much longer.
I'll post pics every couple of weeks.

I am taking loads of shots all the way when I have im good collection i'll load it all up, I harvested 5 like this but all at different levels down the button to see which recover better.

Same here really glad to see them coming back so quick, there are a few cracks on the dried cut surface area on all of them it looks like new heads ready to Alien out "john Hurt" style

Are succulents fair game here too?

Here's a patch that I came across today.  Any help with ID would be great.

@atomicshaman: any idea what causes them to change their rib pattern like that? Love the way it looks but dunno why it happens.

from what i've read it's probably from crossbreeding and genetics. i've also read of someone trying to "make" one by hacking off ribs.

awesome pix and plants, third eye. how did you get the trich to pup like that ? :tongue2:

Fuckjng gorgeous ferrel! I love cactus flowers! Gonna break down and buy some from the stores, I'm also gonna go find some from the desert out here, they're basically little spines that stick out of the ground. There's bunches and the easiest way to find them is try to sit down, they're generally right where you wanna sit. I'll get ID before harvest to be sure they're not in harms way, and I'll be respectful when obtaining them.

I challenge you to challenge yourself more! When you feel complacent and ready to hang it up, challenge yourself to get over it! If you fail, don't look at it as you didn't succeed, look at it as you would a rock face you're trying to climb. Stand back, wayyyy back, and look at it and plot another path. If you can't find one, shuffle down the way a little, a little change of scenery or a view from a different angle may give you the insight you need.
