Wow. Many things to talk about!
First off, the plant in your original post conforms well to pictures I found under Sulcorebutia ernestinii (notice, kids, how proper spelling is important albeit frustrating).
Second, Sulcorebutia rojasii is one of the hundreds of names Karel Knize invented to lure people into buying "new" species. It is apparently a nomen nudum (invalid name) corresponding to the plants collected under his collection code KK1933. It may be indeed a separate species awaiting formal description or just a form of another species. In the meantime, you can call it Sulcorebutia rojasii KK1933 or simply Sulcorebutia sp. KK1933, your choice.
Third, that weird and wonderful plant. The bottom part certainly reminds me of a Mediolobivia/Aylostera (that's what Rebutia pulvinosa is), but those wild spined up above remind me of a very different thing: Lobivia ferox. Could it be a hybrid of both? Incidentally, as with most species on the Rebutia complex, if you look hard enough you will most likely find any given species in all the colours of the cactus palette (that is, all minus blue) - and there certainly is a pink-flowered Aylostera pulvinosa, named A. pulvinosa var. perplexa.
Now for the most interesting part of this post: of course I do not have all of this in my head. When it comes to Rebutia, there is a wonderful (if a bit unfriendly) site where you can find a lot of very good info: Rebutia.sk

Thank you for all the information. Looks like I have a lot of research to do regarding this species.
I did notice a lot if different names for similar looking plants in my searches.
I still do see the person I brought that last cacti off every once and awhile I will ask and see if he knows the origins of that particular plant. I have a Lobivia currently flowering and a Rebutia that is about to, I will try cross pollinating the 3 plants and see what happens.

Quite a hard grown Browningia hertlingiana that I got back in 2009/10? I'm happy with it and hope to take better care of it from now on.

Hard growing seems to suit it perfectly, it's magnificent.

I have this awful looking Blue Myrtle that has made a beautiful pup.
The pup has now reached maybe 10cm tall. I want to transplant the pup to a new pot so i eventually can graft something nice on it.
Now, should i let it grow bigger on the current motherplant or should i cut it and start root it now? I guess it will grow faster on the motherplant but if i cut it there will be new pups forming who starts to grow and i would like that. What would you do?

So i cut it then, thanks.
Do i need to do like with the Tricho cuttings, ie. cut, let callus, wait for roots and then replant? Or can i cut corners and cut, let dry a little and replant?
I think i have just cut these and put into soil directly in the past, not knowing how to do but it worked.

I didnt think those were cactus seedlings in your last post. The fleshy first seedling leafs are so different from the later cactus look. Some Opuntias can grow outside even in your country, they can be very cold hardy.
They seem to grow good, good luck with these
