i think im going with Brazilian.
Good choice. You'll find Brazilians will colonize quickly, fruit with vigor, and provide a trip biased in the particular direction you prefer. Uhm, just like almost any domesticated cube.
Seriously, though, have you grown PE a lot or just in that last thread? Just asking, 'cause the PEU I've been growing are way beyond awesome, very similar to Ps. cyanescens in my experience.
And that's a good thing, ya know.

ah do the oysters grow well on the PF tek? I tried the rye grain method my first time with a costa rican cube and it ended all bad, i believe i killed the spore with with a little impaciences in letting the water for the syringe to cool, that whole thing went bad, like cotton web and the evil green mold. oh and also is there any kind of cube strain that is for some reason considered better than the others?

All cubes are the same species.
I do like to recommend "Golden Teachers" to new growers because they are a classic cube (and they were my first ;0).
Oysters do better on sawdust or straw. You will want to crack using grains at some point.
Good luck,
JD

yeah i do want to get at grain soon, but i feel i should get comfortable with sterile technique with the simpler pf tek first. i have been interested in good places for a newbie with little connection to this vast and ever expanding community here to gain access to the spores of both the gourmet and active variety, learn as much as i can and teach it for others to build off of.:yingyang:

bok bok Plantasia Mystery bok
Not the hardest to grow from what my cat remembers, the fruits were small and surprisingly potent. Quite possibly the strangest mushroom my cat has ever consumed.

I've grown B+ and Treasure Coast on cakes and then B+ on 50/50 cased WBS. All three grows worked well. My current grow is with Brazilian on 50/50 cased WBS and I have a noob question. It began to fruit last week and to date the largest fruit has been about 2 cm tall with a cap about 7 mm wide and they're dropping spores already. Have I done something wrong or is that the size I should expect?

What would you suggest out of these cubes: Lipa thai wild texan (from a comp a while back) PE Treasure coast PF Ecuador B+ Cambodian (Crappy genetics tho) Costa Rica Malabar Amazon Shooting Star PE6 Mexican Dutch King Thai
I just cant make this choice!

Well, they are all cubes, and unlike beer, they all taste very similar.
Let me guess, you want the most potent, fastest growing, highest yielding in your list?
There is no correct answer.
Pick the cube that interests you most.
