Multisopre is a turkey shoot.
Any spores could be better or worse than others. Slightly.
Want potent? Grow another shroom.
Cubes are cubes.
Ya i know, cyans i hear are twice as potent.... but ive got all my things in order as far as spores.
cubes are cubes? nosir, i can tell you there are some definitive differences in how they act on me at least... i started with fieldiez, and the trips on these felt WAAAY different in a sense than homegrown penis envy... the penis envy was more of a solid constant trip, while the fields were ups and downs. Not too mention i only ate two little pieces of PE as compared to 2.5 of fields....
Potency differs from one Multisopre grow to the next... even if you use spores from the same print.
Wild cubes are often less potent than home grown cubes... especially if they are picked late.
Your mood when you trip and the place where you trip can greatly effect the intensity of your experience. Potency only plays a small roll.
Penis Envy grows very thick and dense fruits. What looks like a small dose is often much larger than you may suspect (especially without weighing).

, are you really trying to tell Cervantes that your personal experience trumps genetic makeup?

You're making an ass of yourself. He explained to me why I was wrong in the post above you. was your post really necessary?
Thank you Cervantes!

What woodlovers have you tried and what did you think about them in comparison to the average cube? Just more potent?

Ha ha ha ha ha... Oh, sorry. You don't know?
You gotta find out for yourself, but personally OK: Ps. cyanescens, Ps. semilanceata.
LC's (the latter) are my favorite mushrooms of all time. No, they're not just more potent, they're an entirely different level over average cubes, and even over PEs (which I'm tripping on today for the first time )
Cyans are incredible in their own right. For quite a long time I grew a mutant strain of cyans that fruited like cubes (at room temp) and on cube sub (like grain). They were the best shit, and I'm working (occasionally ) on resurrecting them form my 15 year old spore prints.
Wild cyans I've done often enough to both respect and love. Seriously cool trips.
Now compared to the PEUs that I'm growing for the first time (that pan in my sig is them) I'd have a hard time ranking them. The experience is different, different quality, different potentials, different doors that open onto different landscapes. I love them all, but if you wanna grow your own you gotta have something that produces quantity reliably, right?

Well I know that Azurescens and Cyanescens are more potent but I didn't know they were different or better. Where are the people who can study the alkaloids and chemicals in each strain to tell us what they do, if they potentiate effects, visuals, euphoria, etc.? Not nearly enough research on PSILOCYBIN, much less the strains. But I thought growing Cyanescens or Azur. was harder than cubes?

It is. So far, not many people have had much luck growing these inside. They are primarily "mother natures kitchen". Few have been able to pull it off.
A lot of people do outdoor grows though. Problem with that is that it is a very, very seasonal crop. Typical cultivation time lines extend a year in advance or more.

And I thought the ps. Azurescens and Cyanescens grow better in cold weather? If so how cold, like something between 20-60*F?

I've grown Ps. cyans in my garage, in a modified fridge. Lots of fun, really slow. That was where the mutant came from, BTW, a runaway incubator incident...

Such a study would be very costly. You would have to grow every kind of cube hundreds of times and check for variation to get anything close to an accurate result. Due to the illegality of such grows, few labs would support such a study and few peers would review it.

Nothing yet.
I am imagining that the T is for "Thai" (a la "TED") but then I still draw a blank for the "HM".
Interesting.

You know what. Looking at it really closely now, it just might say THAI. Just a little faded on the ink, and a little sloppy on the writing.
