It's been discussed a few times in this thread. It's just a PF strain renamed I believe. IUTFSE

It's still a cube. You should grow it.

Curious if anyone has seen that invitro and/or low light fruiting can cause non-genetic albino-looking phenotypes.

The two varieties I started with from the same vendor, RedBoy and OakRidge, have now both produced albinos.  The redboy is for sure a real albino, the oak ridge could be leuistic, but I would guess it's albino.

That seems kinda unlikely.  I wonder if they have been exposed to a virus or some mutating light source.

--------------------

I spawned some popcorn casings and had double-overlay cause I didn't put enough hydrogen peroxide in my automated aquarium mister.  I only got one mushroom so I cut off the head part where the seeds fall from and put it in a jar of LC and sprayed it all over a tin of PF cakes I made with gravel, cardboard, and bisquick in my microwave.  I think it will be good cause B+ is so potent.

Vendors don't sell Oakridge.  It needs to be given to you.

There are genetically determined leucistics like AA+.  These looked more like real albinos.  I have seen reduced pigmentation in many invitro grows as well though.

And I got given shit last time I mentioned the vendor on here.  A former sponsor.  This vendor was giving away Oakridge for a time but now sells it

OR final seems like a pretty terrible strain, at least from this source.  Never gotten anything potent or prolific out of it.  Buncha giant clusters of weak ass fatasses.  Maybe I got bad shroom juju from buying something I wasn't supposed to be able to buy.

Whatever vendor is selling Oakridge is doing so against the wishes of the person who found it. Oakridge was never meant to be sold, the good vendors know this. Any vendor selling Oakridge should be boycotted.

Yeah, maybe it wasn't Oakridge. My fruits with it did vary greatly in size, but potency was nothing I had a problem with.

A cube that needs to be given to you to receive. That's pretty awesome. Spawning some soon, I've also heard great potency and huge or small caps.

I had a one vendor selection due to my location.  I made the best informed strain choices I thought possible at the time.

These are the supposed oak ridge.  All the fruits look like that.  Fat with caps that flatten very quickly.

That is typical of the look. Don't really mean a lot tho. However I understand people get what they can but Oakridge was supposed to be special along with wikidzon. Anyway I have a few prints including one from shroomy1 who had a very early Oakridge lineage. Want to play with it as all.sorts of weird seems to come from it. First cube I ever saw that had chimarisim.

Seems the reports of crazy oak ridge potency came from the early Jeetered prints not Oak Ridge final which some guy isolated.  This spore lineage I have seems to be mostly garbage, and despire my attempts to stay positive about it, it's fucked me enough times that I'm done, with the exception of the albino pins which I took a bunch of clones of.

How does chimerism manifest in fungi?

I thought lucistism was genetic.  Ive seen regular cubes look albino from growing in the dark. It happens all the time in my sealed yard waste bin. Cubes that look like large enoki.

In the sporeprint. It's like stripes of rust/red spores running through the purple ones.

I just took a redboy print that looks almost exactly like that rusty print you just posted.  I wonder if my mulato fruits were chimeric as well.  The tissue was a mix of albino and normally pigmented in random areas, and it only dropped spores from under the pigmented areas.
