My Mazapatec didn't bruise, but were still very active.

One thing that people also need to understand is that psilocybin is not blue. Psilocin is blue. Psilocybin oxidizes yellow IIRC. So if one is expecting most of the psilocin to break down during drying, then really blue fruits may only indicate potency if eaten fresh.

Are there no studies that correlate psiloscin amounts with psilocybin? Even if it's like a 2:1 ratio or something.

So more psiloscin could mean more psilocybin or the culture could just generate more psiloscin.

It's the other way around. More psilocybin means a higher psilocin content, since it is broken down into that chemical structure to be active and produce the effects.

Well that's what I meant, the vice versa works the same too but in the context of the conversation where we're talking about bluing one could, in theory, determine potency by bluing if the ratios are accurate. That means that a heavy bluing mushroom will naturally have more psilocybin then one that doesn't bruise as easily.

Bluing doesn't correlate well with potency - I've had mind boggling strains that hardly bruised blue at all - but it rarely IME correlates with LACK of potency. Go figure.

I promise to make detailed photos of my magic shroom box and post them later I made it up from 3cm thick styrofoam, because temperature in that room during winter can drop lower than 0'C. Big box holds two fruiting boxes (T'23-24'C) and one incubation box (27'C). Heating device- aquarium thermometer. I have just one line of holes cowered with breathable dust tape around my plastic fruiting boxes just over hydroton layer. Aquqrium pump pumps fresh air every day 24h from outside of styrofoam box inside fruiting boxes and releases throe air-stone. Humidity is 99%. That's, why there are not fuzzy feet Light is set on 14 hours ON and 10OFF.

At least you got some shrooms there Bramanis. But, a simple SGFC setup would've worked better IMO. Don't complicate things if you don't have to!

I actually enjoy seeing others unique grows if they are successful! Just bc it's not the most ideal tek, it worked for their situation, and that is what is awesome.
Lets all play nice with the noobs, lol.

Yeah maybe I was harsh but, that thing was not working. Let's not call a disaster a success please. I have no problem with weirdness and novelty. But that is no way to grow, I don't care what your Temps are. If he insists on growing in a room 2 degrees above freezing with crap results then he should grow something like PS azur or cyan in a decent FC. That I would call a success.
