Thank you. With AA+ specifically though will I get consistent potency in fruits from MS, like I would from MS in var. like KSSS, B+, PESA, etc.?
I mean is potency as stable in AA+ MS as it is in other Var.'s?

Good question, but I don't think you're going to get a straight forward answer.

Is Matias Romero and PF classic the same variety? I'm familiar with some of the Matias Romero history regarding Steven Pollock, but is that the same as PF classic?.

I don't think so.
I think it was speculated they might be simply because they "looked similar"... but that's silly to me.
I suppose it's possible they're the same, but PF has never said they were to my knowledge and without a statement from the man directly how would anyone know for sure?

I've read two of PF's strains, PF Classic, and Amazonian (NOT PESA,) were from Pollock's Matias Romero. Don't seem to be great sources on the matter. I certainly wouldn't prioritize getting all of em.
Labeling a mexican cube "Amazonian" sounds like some bullshit that PF wouldn't have pulled. Who knows.
--------------------
I spawned some popcorn casings and had double-overlay cause I didn't put enough hydrogen peroxide in my automated aquarium mister. I only got one mushroom so I cut off the head part where the seeds fall from and put it in a jar of LC and sprayed it all over a tin of PF cakes I made with gravel, cardboard, and bisquick in my microwave. I think it will be good cause B+ is so potent. Triggered yet? Only a square would say "a cube is a cube."
No, this does not look right...

Found this by PF himself, google lets you specify date ranges which can help.

It seems that the actuall "PF shrooms" have an identity. A Dutch friend coined the term "FAT ASS" a while ago. The "amazon" name refers to "white stems - medium to large on grain" (Stamets). At the fanaticus site, I used to call the PF "strain" --MATIAS ROMERO because it was a "fast fruiting amazon white stem on grain". But who knows? It is the Stamets description that I adhered to.
The PF "strain" has a peculiar tendency to grow short with a big fat ass (and large cap - sometimes "caramel" colored -- actually it is a reddish hue - normal for cubensis). A typical fat ass is the cake photo logo at the SHROOMERY. Also it has a tendency to not have a veil remnant on the stem (annulas - veil remnant ring). The stem is white and the flesh is thick. Much more than any other so called "amazon" spore print sample.
But also, it will grow tall and slender (stropharia like) when given the best oxygen conditions. It won't have much of a fat ass when it grows like this.
Also the cap of the PF Fat ass will grow to plane and then upturn in extreme maturity (similar to Psi cyanescens but without the wavy cap margin).
So if any cubie grows for you, and you notice it has a fat ass and no stem ring (tendancy - but sometimes present, lightly though) and fruits really fast (primordia forming - distinctly faster than other spore types tested on grain so far) --- it is the one and only PF GENOTYPE (fat ass a.k.a amazon) -- AS LONG AS THE SPORES ARE FROM A CULTIVAR AND NOT WILD. Your local wild cubies are not PF genotypes.
Dutch "matias romero" spore syringes are actually PF GENOTYPE (fat ass a.k.a. amazon). THis is my fault because I called the PF genotype Matias Romero for a couple of years. It sticks because the Stamets description fits. But actually, who knows where Matias Romero went? Only the late Dr Pollock knows.

This is the PF spore race. It is also called "Matias Romero" at other spore sellers sites or Amazonian. It lately has picked up the name "PF CLASSIC".

The Amazonian name had nothing to do with location, but rather the size, as in large.

Are you being serious right now? I know you're not telling Eagle what would be polite to say after he's already given his bit. I think it's perfectly polite for him to say when he's had very little experience, too little to say whether something is stable. Would you rather him make shit up?
