Thompsons. Maybe even Hunter Strain lol. I wouldn't name after Leary personally, he's got enough "named" after him, and it's debated whether he should truly deserve such honors. If I found a never-before-seen-cube in Louisville (where HST is from) I'd name it that. Maybe even something "American dreamish"
I like Hunter Strain. "Thompsons" sounds a little like a crystalline form of deck sealant that you might freebase.

My AA+ thus far has been a minus. Getting ready for attempt number 3. It's been stored in the fridge with all my others which are looking great even the one that came in the same shipment as a freebie.

I have created a cube species called "Sauron". Keep you eyes peeled for updates on this new species!

Agreed..I still say subscribed just to see the sometimes entertaining fights that stem from it. I think if more people were growing a wider variety of SPECIES instead of strains (of cubensis) there'd be a lot more interesting discussions. Mostly people just want to grow cubensis lol. A very interesting specimen indeed but you can only watch so many "a cube is a cube" fights before it gets rather dull

Yes, but they wouldn't be able to discuss these other species in the STRAIN THREAD would they?

Sure but...page 1 intro...in this, the latest in a seemingly endless succession of Strain Thread threads...
Quote:
The Truth About Different Types of Cubes: Most cubes look alike. All cubes grow in the same conditions. The differences between cube races, varieties or 'Strains' are, more often than not, minute. Some races are known for fast colonization, or large fruits... even high potency. BUT... these 'Facts' are often just vendor hype. Your results will most likely vary.
Anyway, ya know, I've grown (mutated) strains of other species, and some of them have remarkable characteristics as well. But the vast bulk of people's grow time goes into Cubes - and since they do mutate, but not at any great rate, "strains" arise. Let alone where they come from (PM thread y'all ).
There I discussed something strain related.

Fair enough. I just wanted to suggest that since, as you said, most people invest their time in cubensis, this genetic-based thread is deprived of even more lovely discussion about different species of shrooms Kick ass thread PL

entheogen explosion: " The word Entheogen is used to refer to any psychoactive substances when used for their religious or spiritual effects with the first use of entheogens coming from Tassili, Algeria, with a cave painting of a mushroom-man (dating to roughly 8000 BC). We can’t speak to that, but this HYBRID strain was created by our science team with their experiences in MIND! Through generational cross-breeding of several PREMIUM strains, this result is CAVEMAN CRAZY! Each time this spore is under the scope, its VISUAL properties are EXCEPTIONAL and overall DEEP MEDITATIONAL aspects make the final analysis comparable to a RELIGIOUS EXPERIENCE. Be prepared to be WOW’d with this FULL THROTTLE, TRIPLE CONCENTRATED syringe. This is for the scientist who wants THE BEST of any cubensis strain in their lab. Perfect for all types of researcher! The Best Selling Premium Psilocybe Cubensis Spores with Magic Results"
"A cube is a cube is a cube is a cube" But Has anyone ever cultivated this spore? Is it worth the 90$ this site boasts?

Well 1 it's not hybrid since they didn't cross any strains and 2 a hybrid is a cross between species. Crossing two varieties just added more variation the new sub variety increasing the chances of it being even more random with differing sizes and potency and even more of a cube is a cube and even more of a your mileage may vary.
