They'll grow just like cubes.
Select the nicest, print the caps and start clone cultures from the stems. Then eat them.

The name on the syringe is meaningless. Shoot half your jars with one, half with the other.

Yep, flame the needle before storing and again when you get it back out to use.
Use just a few drops of spore water in each jar. Like 0.25 mL. Spores are potent, you don't need many at all. Like using matches to light a campfire, you don't have to use the whole pack.

For PF cakes, just a tiny drop in each hole. Just enough liquid to see it come out of the needle.
(Shake well first to distribute the spores)

Yeah, you'll have to eyeball it. And it's pretty common to have the first shot splurge out if you don't have experience with syringes. Just use as little as you can get manage, but enough to see some spore water at each injection site.

Merge and share genetics, also grow alongside each other. RR has mentioned that what we think of as the second or third flush of a grow can actually be the first flush of second and third substrains. This is why later flushes sometimes have giant mushrooms. They have separate genetics.
Typical spore inoculation involves dozens to hundreds of individual genetic organisms. If you shot the spores onto agar instead of into a cake you could separate them all out and count them.

On average, AA+ probably will be stronger, just based on the fact it's a selected lineage. Hard to say though. Eat it and find out.

I don't think azures will work with straight brf/verm, prolly have to add something. Search engine will be able to help you there.

Hi, this isn't the place for that, trades happen in the Marketplace. There are restrictions on join date and post count, you can't see it just yet.

Rhizomorphism isn't required. If your tomentose monocultures are good fruiters, use them.
Also, try a less nutritious agar mix. I got the idea from RR and/or EvilMushroom666. If the plate is less aggressive edit- 'nutritious' the myc has to man up and go look for food with rhizomorphs.
They are monocultures? For sure?

My FOAFs love the GTs, ask for them by name.
And this right here is why 'strains' are bogus.

This is what I came to understand too.
I saw it happen on Mycotopia, it was gruesome. They trolled him to the edge of insanity.
