Cause for concern?

I haven't grown in the last 7 years or so. This being the case I've forgotten quite a lot of what I used to know. I used to grow EQ but since getting back into things decided to give PESA and GT a try. my GT have come out fine. Just got the first flushfrom those. My PESA on the other hand are doing things I've never seen. I've had green and black contams before so I know when to toss that, but Ive never seen this shade of grey/blue before on a cake. These are standard BRF cakes.
Before I birthed the PESA I had these strange knots but there was no color to them. I dunked in the fridge for 24 hours. The cakes didn't really have a lot of bluing to them when I pulled them back out and put them in my fruiting chamber. Ever since though they seem to be drying out at the top, growing mycelium like crazy at the bottom, and the strange knots have taken on the blue/grey color. Also my cakes have a tan coloring to them in places which is becoming more obvious as well. The color has gotten more and more noticable over the last few days.
I've heard that PESA blues a lot but since I'm not used to cakes bluing/greying I figured I'd ask. I wish I had something better than my phone to take pictures with because the colors are a little more grey/ blue and darker tan in person.
EDIT: I'm not too concerned to be honest, and would have no problem tossing the cakes if someone here said it would be a good idea. I can always noc more jars up. I just didn't want to throw them out if this was considered normal for PESA. I've had green mold, but never blue/green Penicillium. Is this what it looks like?

The cake on the left here is the one in the above picture

Great, thanks! Thats what I was hoping I'd hear. The color has actually started fading away now and the mycelium on the bottom is about 3/16" thick and dense. Just a bit odd to me. Guess I'll sit back and watch
