What do you think of the following regime

Essentially I'm using myself as a test subject in a study-aid regime. I need to process and retain tons of information for teh finals and here is my approach.
5mg of dexamphetamine sulphate sublingually no more than 3-4 times a week with at least a couple of days between each dosing in order to avoid tolerance development.
Continually decreasing dosage of Nootropil (fancy piracetam brand). At the moment I'm at 1.2g a day but only cause I have a little left and I cant afford to do more.
Before I take the minute amount of speed I'd make sure to get a healthy rich breakfast and possibly supplement with some omega-3 fatty acids and/or vitamins.
The amphetamine helps with studying. No doubt about that. Even at that dose I'll sit down and write out whole lectures with the equations and problems to the last detail. I dont want to miss sleep so I take at noon and no latter than 6-7PM.
So far I haven't noticed any negative effects.
Any input on how to optimize my regime?

Fuck that. My girlfriend has an obvious sleeping disorder and it took the doctor a month to contact another doctor so they could send her some test type form to fill in for assessment of her problem. They are just too slow and will probably tell me to drink coffee and take study breaks which is utterly useless. As if I dont know this already.
The shroomery on the other hand is full of useful knowledge on this topic.

This is pretty key IME. Lots of complex carbs and fiber, some nice omega-3's, time-release B vitamin complex (in a multivitamin formula)- be sure it has choline to help with piracetam absorption.
You might also try supplementing with DMAE. It helps a lot with memory, attention, mood, and such. Some people suggest that all adults over 40 would benefit from DMAE supplementation.
Other than that, I don't think there's anything really magical.
Just keep your amphetamine doses low because memory retention becomes an issue at higher doses IME. You can read and understand the whole chapter- then the next day, you'll forget most of it!

Are eggs ok for the choline business?

I'd take a multivitamin at least. But an egg or two would probably be fine.
Most people supplement choline bitartrate along with their piracetam (myself included).
I see different estimates online for choline per egg. But it looks like you'd need to have 3-5 to equal 500mg that you'd take in pill form.
