I have 2 questions if someone can answer.
1. I made my still air box and made my sryinges i saw the spores entire the shot glass...put my syringe water in there, then sucked it back up...but i see no spores or anything int he syringe...did i do this right???
2. Whats the longest I can leave Cracked corn to soak in water? I have it for 24 hours now but Its getting late and i cant prepare my jars till tomorrow...would they be ok to soak for another 24 hours then boil and pressure cook them or just start a new batch of cracked corn?

1. a correctly made syringe often doesn't have spores visible depending on the darkness of the spore print. sounds like you did fine.
2. i dont think it would be okay but i guess you could try a couple jars. i prefer WBS better.
something you might be able to do is strain it and jar the corn then wait untill tommorow. i've done that with WBS and it works sometimes

1. They are in there unless you managed to get them all stuck on the sides of the glass. But since you made the syringe yourself, be sure to test it on 2-3 1/2 pint jars before inoculating a whole bunch of cakes/quarts.
2. Use whole rye/wheat/millet or WBS. Cracked corn works, but it's very starchy and doesn't have as great of nutrients as the others listed.

I use whole corn occasionally, and after it soaks for 24 hours, I put it in the fridge after rinsing it with fresh water. It is good for a week this way. You could also load your jars, and they will be OK for a day at room temp or you can place them in the fridge.
I like whole corn better than cracked because it doesn't get gooey and shakes well, but WBS and wheat/rye are easier to work with.
