The gills look brown and I think I'm right in saying all Coprinellus species have black spores.

Coprinellus micaceus grows in clusters on and around wood debris and tree stumps from April through October. Caps are up to 5 centimeters across, bell shaped to convex, brown becoming grey, young are covered in glistening granules, radially lined; margin becomes uplifted as the cap finally turns to an inky substance. Stems are up to 8 centimeters long by up to 6 millimeters wide, smooth to silky, hollow, white. Gills are attached to the stem, close, whitish becoming black in age. Common. Edible when young.
I found these last week, and asked the same question. Not sure but it looks pretty close to me..
