Yet Another ID Request

So, while walking around, I've found these pretty mushrooms. #2 was stand alone, but #1 was in a whole patch.
As a side note, these were found in Missouri. The southern part of the state has had a rough time. All I ask is that you keep the state in your thoughts/prayers/send positive energy! The southern part the state really needs it.
Anyway, here goes.
#1:
There are two of #1. I found them in a nice patch, but I only picked these two. Here is the "mama":

And here is the baby:

And here they are both together:

Neither of these two have dropped spores though... Perhaps they're too young?
Habitat: These were found in mid Missouri under a bush that has mulch around it... Definitely fertilized mulch - it smells like poo. :P Weather wise, we've had a ton of rain lately, yesterday was about 78F max, today its 55F max.
Gills: Same color as the outter part of the cap
Stem: Dark brown, like the center of the cap. Leathery stem
Cap: I think the pictures can do a better job of describing this
Spore print color: As said, they're not dropping spores... I'll collect another sample for spore prints tomorrow after they've had more time to grow
Bruising: Doesn't, not that I've seen.
#2. Only one of these.

Habiat: Also found in a mulch, but definitely less poo smelling. I think its just older mulch though. It was found under a deciduous tree. Not sure what kind.
Gills: Dark brown
Stem: leathery on the outside, soft detached core on the inside. Same color as cap
Cap: beige color, smooth, "hilly"
Spore Print:
Thanks for the help everyone!

Neither of these are active, so my research says. Either of them good to eat? Or should I just stay away?

Thank you so much! I guess the spore print will be a good collection to my newly made mycology scrap book.
